“Cheap enough, but, when I called up , the person was rude, didn’t listen to me, I asked for a manager , she said their on another call, I said I’d wait, she then said I will take your details and put you down for a manager callback, the same person called me back a few hours later!!! Said person was still rude, she put the phone down on me and so I called back….. still waiting for a callback!!!”
“I rang customer service the day after buying my insurance to discuss a condition that the previous day had been excluded and also mentioned an illness from a previous holiday that is not a pre existing condition as usual when dealing with customer services I found operator unhelpful and quite frankly obstructive so I cancelled my policy (I was within cooling off period) and went elsewhere where my questions were answered and consequently bought a policy with them. “Price when compared to others was not too bad for a single trip, but I was somewhat annoyed I had a quote for an annual policy, which I hadn't realised I had taken before my birthday, i tried to take out the policy but as i had reached the ripe old age of 66 it wasn't honoured.
