Cheap enough, but, when I called up , the person was rude, didn’t listen to me, I asked for a manager , she said their on another call, I said I’d wait, she then said I will take your details and put you down for a manager callback, the same person called me back a few hours later!!! Said person was still rude, she put the phone down on me and so I called back….. still waiting for a callback!!!

I rang customer service the day after buying my insurance to discuss a condition that the previous day had been excluded and also mentioned an illness from a previous holiday that is not a pre existing condition as usual when dealing with customer services I found operator unhelpful and quite frankly obstructive so I cancelled my policy (I was within cooling off period) and went elsewhere where my questions were answered and consequently bought a policy with them. Price when compared to others was not too bad for a single trip, but I was somewhat annoyed I had a quote for an annual policy, which I hadn't realised I had taken before my birthday, i tried to take out the policy but as i had reached the ripe old age of 66 it wasn't honoured. This is ageism in the extreme nothing had changed apart from a few days older,so I am somewhat upset as you can see.

The person I dealt with did not listen. Bearing in mind I have 14 days to cancel. All I wanted to query was I was leaving Trinidad on 2nd arriving in Gatwick on the 3rd. Was I covered.

The salesperson didn’t seem to know enough about about what was on offer telling Dubai was in Europe , so not convinced this cover would cover me properly

Website was very easy to navigate. Couldn’t find some of the conditions that had seen GP about in last 2 yrs (although none of them re-occurring). Telephoned - got through easily enough - did not like the tone/manner of agent - abrupt - told him on the call - didn’t seem concerned

Zero aviva will not accept my proof of ncb. The document mentions my current policy issued 8/4/24. But it also mentions ncb 25 years 28/4/24 to 28/4/25 how can I get any later proof than that

After finally getting through to PTM I was quoted £143 for one weeks travel insurance for a couple to go to Morocco by a lady with PTM. who, I assume was sitting in a Indian call centre judging by the annoying background chatter, After declining this quote I went online & got insured for £62 with …. PTM ! I think this lady just thought of a figure to give me ! Very disappointed in the initial quote.

I have used PTM before and it was plain sailing so I've returned to them again ,very clear and very reasonable with the costs everything was covered within the policy great

I bought travel insurance through this company, then unexpectedly had to cancel it 2 days later. No sooner had I canceled it when I found I had been given incorrect information by a third party and needed the insurance. On contacting the company immediately and explaining the circumstances they said the insurance would now cost Three Times the Original Cost!!! So naturally I cancelled.
