“After mistakenly sending me the wrong diary, Pen & Paper immediately apologised, sent me the correct diary, and refunded postage and packing on the one I returned. I was very impressed and would have no hesitation in buying from them again,”

“Pen & Paper stock an excellent range of refills for good quality ballpoints. When one refill I ordered did not fit the pen (not their fault), they immediately made a full refund, including my return postage. I found their staff very pleasant and helpful.”
