“I recently discovered Pen & Paper of Cardiff from whom I ordered my 5th. Lamy Fountain Pen. I had ordered the Black Purple All Star model with an extra fine nib. On receipt of the pen - stunning colour - and unlike all my other Lamy Pens it did not write from the first attempt, and it was very scratchy; on closer examination the nib itself was damaged. On telephoning Pen & Paper, I spoke to Michaella and she immediately despatched another EF point nib, with instructions on exactly how to change the nib. It arrived the next morning, and I am delighted to report that:- 1. Changing the nib - easy and simple! 2. As with all my other Lamy Pens, it wrote straight away and is exceedingly fine. I have found a company with old fashioned views on customer care and attention to detail, and I shall now be using them for all my stationery needs. It is so refreshing to find a company who puts the customer first and foremost. My thanks go to Michaella for putting things right so quickly and without a long list of questions or loading the customer with unfounded guilt. It gets Five Stars from me!”

“Excellent service. The order was very quick to arrive and they came across as friendly and professional in their emails. Even though one of the items I'd ordered was out stock, they contacted me straight away to let me know and refunded the amount straight away as well as offering to let me know when it was back in stock.”

“I have visited this store many times and the staff are really helpful and full of knowledge. I recently ordered an item using their website and was told that the item I wanted wasn't in stock. So they kindly offered me an alternative item at the same price. I would definitely recommend Pen and Paper.”

“This pen was a Christmas present for my daughter. When she received it, it was exactly what she had wanted, she was delighted. The service from the shop was excellent. the girl was very helpful, and I received the gift within 2 days of ordering it. Also, it was an excellent price.”
