“So pleased to be able to buy papermate refils for my favourite ballpoint pen from the 1970's. These refils are rarer than hen's teeth! The transaction was quick and trouble free. Thank you.”

“Really fast friendly service and the items were well packaged. Pen & Paper seems to be the last place in the UK that can supply some articles, especially those from Papermate, but despite that, they are very reasonably priced. I will be returning!”

“Very quick order processing and postage. Great communication between business and customer, as one of the pens I ordered was not in stock, so the organisation contacted me asking whether I wanted a substitue, or the item taken off the order list. Hopefully will shop with Pen & Paper again.”

“Excellent response to my request for Papermate refills which seem impossible to buy anywhere else as Papermate has, apparently, stopped making them. My particular Papermate belonged to my late brother so I do not want not to be able to use it. Thanks for stocking these items and your quick delivery time.”
