“Michaela and Amber have been first class in the way they have kept me informed regarding the new Lamy Lx ballpoints and the new Lamy Al Star Pacific ballpoint, these girls go above and beyond excellent customer service and the owners should be so proud to have such dedicated staff. Expecting delivery of my pens very soon. Once again I can't recommend the pen and paper company enough and will definitely be doing further business with them in May when the new Lamy range is launched.”

“Just a brief note to thank both Michaella & Amber for their help with my two recent purchases. My purchases were, Waterman Ball Pen in both the Hemisphere & Expert Series and a number of refills and Waterman Ball Pen in the Expert series, again, with refills. I am extremely grateful for the time and patience from both Michaella and Amber. The way I was dealt was exemplary. The address and name details on today's delivery were absolutely clear and correct. “This was my first time ordering from Pen and Paper and I was very impressed. My order wasn't big at all, but my Lamy came next day and very well packaged. I would definitely recommend Pen and Paper to friends. I will be back for sure as my pen collections grows.”
