“David Dempster in the HR Advice team has been nothing but supportive in all the cases he has supported on. David is always cheerful and brightens our day when we have him allocated to one of our cases. As we know we are going to get the support needed. he really knows his stuff!! well done David !!”

“Samera Khan completed our introduction meeting via Teams and was very informative, explaining the services and service levels provided by Peninsula, which was great. There is a lot to take in though on the first contact and obviously the agents have to cover everything but I did have to ask once or twice for some things to be repeated as it all moved along quite quickly, but Samera was happy to go over these again for me. Thank you for your patience. Looking forward to working with the teams for both HR & H&S services going forward.”

“Having a meeting via Microsoft Teams with Mark Jessop was helpful and he was very professional. I do feel the meeting was a little rushed, although there was a lot to go over so Mark did his best in getting through everything in the given time. I look forward to receiving the updated documents with suggested changes and support in implementing them.”

“I have been on a Teams call this morning with Lorna Harvey -Lowe. Lorna was very professional and able to give me the information I needed. We updated contracts whilst on the call and Lorna gave me advice and information on annual leave. I found her very polite and helpful FOU093”

“Prompt response to service request. However, I received several calls to go through various items - it would have been preferable to arrange appointments to do this rather than ad hoc calls - I now have no idea who I've spoken to.”
