“I have been on a Teams call this morning with Lorna Harvey -Lowe. Lorna was very professional and able to give me the information I needed. We updated contracts whilst on the call and Lorna gave me advice and information on annual leave. I found her very polite and helpful FOU093”

“Prompt response to service request. However, I received several calls to go through various items - it would have been preferable to arrange appointments to do this rather than ad hoc calls - I now have no idea who I've spoken to.”

“I have an incredibly tough and sensitive case and had received some unsatisfactory help but then the angel that is Danielle (ELC) arrived to provide me with the clearest, most supportive advice possible. Cleared everything up for me in 15 minutes and set me on my way. I'll be having her assigned to all my cases going forward. What a diamond!”
