“We were recommended these harnesses from a local dog trainer. We decided we would get them for all three dogs and not just the puppy. I rang to order as was unsure - the service was excellent and they all fit perfectly! The adaptability of each harness is excellent - which makes them fit perfectly / are comfortable for the dogs and we have the ability to purchase new elements of the harness for the puppy or needed in the future rather than having a I buy a full new harness. First class product and service thank you!”

“So impressed with my pups new harness! As she’s still a puppy I wasn’t sure what size to get her so I got in contact with the team and they suggested what size to get. The harness really does fit perfectly, it came assembled and it is so easy to adjust. Already got my eye on other colours that you can buy separately which is fab!”

“The harness was recommended by my dog trainer so I knew it would be good quality. It’s a little tricky to fit to a lively cocker spaniel until you both get used to it. A couple of the fasteners are a little stiff but I assume these will ease with use. The lead is great even though I made a mistake of ordering the large clip when I think the small one would have sufficed. Great harness and lead highly recommend.”

“My greyhound Scout has just been diagnosed with glaucoma which has led him to having to have his left eye removed. I needed a harness as pressure from a collar can elevate pressure in the eye. I have a perfect fit for one of my little dogs and now have one for Scout. I love the fact that you can replace the separate sections rather than having to replace the whole thing.”

“Staff in the shop are so helpful in helping to ensure the purchase of the correct size harness. As ever the new harness is extremely well made, very sturdy & washes well. It fits so well & does not rub at all, I cannot speak highly enough of these harnesses or the helpful & friendly staff at the shop”

“This is our second purchase from Perfect Fit as we needed to buy one slightly larger harness for our one year old Chihuahua who started wearing her first harness at 12 weeks old. It still fits but we needed the next size up to wear over winter jumpers. I phoned for advice and was talked through the website ordering to make sure I got the correct size. Incredible customer service and so pleased with the 2 new harnesses that arrived very quickly. I now have the ability to wash when they get dirty and still be able to walk everyday in a clean dry harness. The product fits so well and never moves even if my nervous Chi puts the breaks on? I would not waste my money on any other harness 💕”

“Fantastic service from PerfectFit. New harness bought for our pups just weeks ago & one of them managed to chew thru one of the pieces. PerfectFit told what exact replacement to order & I had it within 3-4 days. Brilliant!! Highly recommend this company”

“EXCELLENT LEADS. We foster for a Golden Retriever rescue charity. We have a 4 yr old male GR who is a big, gentle boy. He has a Perfect Fit harness and lead both of which are excellent. I love the 2m training lead because it has multiple "D" rings and with the fleece edges, it's not rough on my hands if he does pull. Now, whenever we have a new foster, I buy one for them and it goes with them to their "fur-ever" home.”

“Thus perfect for is as replacement for one that my little dog has worn every day since he was 8 months old - he now 7 so thought he deserved a new one in a different colour! However, I’ve washed the old one and it’s still looks good.”

“Absolutely fabulous service & quality. Have been using Perfect Fit for years - needed advice on sizing as had bought my boy a new winter coat, harness needed to go over rather than under. Emailed, speedy response & brilliant advice, only needed to change one section. Ordered & received- perfect fit 😍 from initial enquiry to receiving item less than 48 hours. “Service was fantastic! It says to email if you have a mixed breed and they were so quick to reply! Speedy delivery and it was a ‘perfect fit’. It has reduced the pulling and much more manageable now!”

“I was recommended the 40mm rather than 20mm for my lab cross and I'm so glad they did. He does pull as he's only just been rescued and is reactive and it's so much more comfortable for him and feels really secure. Also a 'perfect fit' as you'd expect.”

It is great to hear that you are happy with your new lilac harness, Kerrie 😊 We are sorry to hear that you found it annoying to wait for a call back to place your order. Just to reassure you, we do try to answer all calls immediately as they come through. It is only in exceptionally busy periods, that we have colleagues who will take a message for us while we are talking to other customers. We always try to return these calls within 24 hours (and it is often sooner). We do also offer an email service, which is usually quicker, where we can send you a link and you can place your order online, which you may also find useful.
