“A fantastic company who will actually speak to you on the phone! So helpful and friendly and needless to say their products are superb too. They are long lasting, top quality and totally approved by both of my dogs. The new pink one for Dora went down very well with her and at last people know she’s a girl. Oengus rejoices in his emerald green one and the pair of them make quite a sight out walking. They also start conversations with other owners who are using Perfect Fit and I haven’t met anyone who doesn’t love them.”

“What a beautiful soft but strong and sturdy harness .The customer service is brilliant,patient and ,understanding ,we solved the issue( which was down to us putting the top piece of harness on the wrong way round ) very quickly as they respond to emails with in a couple of hours .All in all very very pleased with it and would highly recommend.Thankyou Perfect fit ,It's a Perfect Fit !”

“Really good harnesses. We have bought pieces both from an official retailer as well as the website, and have had good overall experience. Most recently wanted to upgrade a PF harness that was getting too small, and Gemma at PF CS was a great help and sent us alternative pieces when the ones we initially ordered weren't quite right.”

“Absolutely obsessed with Perfect Fit harnesses for our two very differently sized dogs. You can’t get the sizing wrong with all the measurement guides. They’re so comfortable and we love all the colours available! Would highly recommend!”

“The harness has been a total game changer for me and my 3 year old cocker spaniel, she is a rescue that I have had for 3 months and was such a strong puller on the lead it made hers and my life unpleasant when out walking, the harness has had an instant improvement and she is now calm and relaxed when we are out, would recommend to anyone especially as they come in 3 pieces making for the perfect fit. The size calculator is really helpful and I’ve just ordered another as a spare for when one is in the wash, love it”

“My poor pup had sores from his rescue home fitted harness and, as a new dog owner I had relied on their expertise. A friend recommended PerfectFit and it really is! Very comfortable soft harness and amazing customer service explaining how to fit measure and fit the harness properly, all done over the phone. Really supportive, patient and kind team and wonderful quality product. Happy pup and happy me!”

“I was unsure which size to get after my dog has got older and thickened out. The lady on the phone was super helpful and suggested what I needed. It fits perfectly and is a great quality as it was 6 years ago when I bought the first”

“Everything about Perfect Fit has been great for us and our spaniel, Pippin. Being able to send photos to the team for their input on the sizing has been an absolute game changer for us as we have spent so much money on harnesses in the past for them to be much too big in the neck for Pippin. We have now agreed Pippins perfect harness using 3 different sizes! Would recommend Perfect Fit to anyone, Pippin was even so comfortable in her new harness that she started to go to sleep when she's never even lay down in her previous harnesses!”

“I've just bought the treat bag (pacopouch) - it's really good, roomy enough for all my dogs treats with a magnetic closure that works. I can put my phone in there and poos bags. the only other thing that I'd love (if you update it) is another pocket for used poo bags. I've also got the perfect fit harness and washbag! I think they are really good quality items and not that expensive.”

“Perfect Fit have been an important part of the success we had in raising Mister,our Working Cocker from when we first brought him home as a puppy to the lovely, well-adjusted adolescent dog we have now. As an anxious new dog-owner, Lucy at Perfect Fit was very reassuring and patient in helping me select the components for Mister's harness. Lucy's personal help and genuine interest were very appreciated as Mister grew and we needed to change components of the harness. The Perfect Fit system is BRILLIANT, and enabled Mister to have a comfortable, secure and well-fitting harness when he was small that allowed him full free range of movement and to adjust gradually as he grew, swapping individual parts at a time. The parts no longer needed sold well on eBay, which is not surprising as the design and manufacture quality of everything we received from PerfectFit is superb. Mister is rambunctious and loves swimming in all manner of water and exploring through snow, ice and rain across many terrains from swamp-like mud to beaches and rocky mountain trails, and Mister's PerfectFit harness takes them all in its stride. I think also it has been a real economy to have the PerfectFit system as the harness parts have grown with him and are of such good quality that I think we would have otherwise had to buy multiple cheap harnesses which would have cost more in the long run. Which probably makes the PerfectFit harness more environmentally sustainable too. When anybody asks me for advice when getting a new puppy, I always say "and make sure you get a PerfectFit harness for them"! Thanks to all at PerfectFit. You've been a great help!”
