“We ordered our first harness from PerfectFit after a strong recommendation from my sister. We were not disappointed in any way. We ordered one for our Labrador but sadly it was a little snug (even after adjusting) so I contacted the Company and rather than make me send that one back, blah blah blah they just sent the next size up to take from that what we needed. I was shocked!! It’s normally such a hassle but their communication was amazing and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a harness. 10/10”

“Have been made to feel like a special customer. Nothing has been too much trouble from a long discussion on the phone regarding my dog’s needs to arranging for one part of an ordered harness to be exchanged asap for another of a better fit.”

“This is the third Perfect Fit Harness. Was recommended when my dog was a puppy. Fits perfectly and the company are extremely helpful with size guidance , fit and returns/exchanges if required. Highly recommend.”

“Ordered a 1m leed to match my dogs new Perfect Fit harness which the Royal Mail managed to fail to deliver. Full points to Perfect Fit, i told them it had failed to arrive and they emedatly dispatched a replacement by courier. My dog looks so good, and is obviously very comfortable in her now matching harness and leed, but also as a bit of a pully puppy, her leed is soft on our hands. So all around full points for service and product Thank you”

“If I could give 6 Stars + I would! Not only is the harness a great fit, the customer service was better. From my 1st enquiry, to ensuring the fit was correct and going above and beyond, Gemma in the customer service team was fantastic. Our puppy looks so smart in his fleece lined harness! I couldn't recommend this harness enough and I'm sure we will use them throughout his life. Thank you”

“The team at PerfectFit have been so incredibly helpful. When I ordered a harness for my dog and found it a little tight they asked for pictures and sent me different sizes to try within literally 2 days. Really great customer service! And seems very comfortable for my little pup so far!”

“The harness fitted perfectly. We have two italian greyhounds. Went for a day out with them. No rubbing as well padded and they did not slip off as other harnesses have done”
