“I made a purchase a few months ago, I ordered three bottles in total of Paco Rabanne for going out purposes. I sprayed each bottle at least once and began to notice the perfume faded very quickly, at first I wasn't sure if this was down to the perfume being new and needing to wear in a little first. I then tested the perfume on different forms of material to see if the scent lasted a little longer, again same result the scent would only last for around an 1 hour. I then went into Superdrug and Boots and tested one of their bottles onto my jacket, this scent lasted for around 4-5 hours with just two sprays.
I contacted Perfume Price and advised them that I wished to return all three bottles as there was something seriously wrong with these fragrances. At first they were will for me to return one bottle of perfume, however when they discovered that I was returning three they wanted to deduct 30% from the total, and then had the audacity to tell me that two months had passed and they will not accept the perfumes back.
I explained to rep, that these perfumes were purchased to be worn on special occasions only, therefore I have not been using them. I sent them evidence of the perfumes showing how full the bottles were and my dressing tables which has tons of perfumes so I know fakes when I smell them.
Still they do not wish to accept them back. I replied saying no problem, first step, I'll report them to Trading Standards, and after that I will commence legal proceedings. If you wish to sell fake and water down perfumes let your customer know so they can choice whether or not to purchase your goods. Safe your funds people and go to Superdrugs, Boots or the Perfume Shop and these products are definitely FAKE goods. Paco Rabanne is high quality perfume that doesn't need alot of sprays. If you have to spray 7/8 squirts then this is not genuine... Period.”
“Poor Service! Do not buy from this company!!!
I bought an expensive perfume from this company for my partner as a Christmas present. The perfume did not spray correctly, so we contacted them and they told us to spray it a few times to get a possible air blockage removed. We did this, but it still didnāt work. We returned it for a refund, but they said it did work and that we had opened the box, so they couldnāt refund us! Of coarse we opened the box, how would we of known it was faulty unless we opened it, and it did not work correctly. I am taking this further, but would advise you not to buy anything from this company. Their service is poor, and they do not like giving refunds when things are faulty. It took me ages justo to arrange a return.”
“A dreadful transaction left me severely out of pocket
I purchased Creed Irish Tweed twice from this company.
The first time was fine.
The second time the product was not fit for purpose.
It dated from 2017. It was old and tired. The fragrance was spent.
I sought a refund through PayPal. Perfume click initially said they would provide a refund.
This offer was subsequently withdrawn because I didn't have the original packing. PayPal (another rubbish company) then refused my claim.
I am now ā¬224 out of pocket. Perfume Click didn't even offer to return the rubbish creed.
I wouldn't go near Perfume Click. It is far safer to purchase on the high street.
They are now denying they received the defective product even though it was sent by registered post at my expense with tracking and accepted for delivery at an address they sent to me.”
“I wont be using this company again.
spent close to Ā£200 on 2 big bottles but one of them stopped working after 2 weeks and they wouldn't replace it because I didn't have the original packaging (who the hell keeps the box from aftershave bottles!!!)
so now I have close to a 200ml bottle of aftershave I cant use
DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!”
“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. THE PRODUCTS ARE FAKE!!!! The perfume I ordered (which I normally order from the Perfume Shop) has such a horrible smell. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.”
“The perfume is a gift so I cannot comment on what it is like. The service was great , the delivery prompt, item as requested and it was well packed. I will use you again.”
“I bought Chloe from Perfume Click, a scent I have worn for many years and know well. Before I ordered it I emailed the company and asked for confirmation that if I was not happy with the scent I could have a refund (I was a little nervous about buying a perfume on the web). They assured me that I would be refunded if not happy.
When it arrived I immediately knew that it was not right- I have since found out that it was a different version of Chloe? It didnāt smell good and made my skin itch. When I contacted Perfume Click they told me to send it back special delivery which I did- it cost Ā£7. When they received the perfume they said that not only could I not have a refund but that I would have to pay to have it sent back to me.
I understand that it is my mistake that it was a different type of Chloe- although it was not clear on the website and I can see that others have made the same mistake. When I pointed this out I was told that ordinarily they would have no problem refunding me as it is not the product I want BUT that wasnāt possible as there was āred marksā inside the box. I had no idea what these were so I asked for pictures to be sent across.
What made me really angry is that while this conversation was going on I received an email telling me that my perfume had been dispatched. I had not said that I wanted this to happen. I was trying to find out if it would be possible to exchange the perfume for the Chloe that I wanted- even if I needed to pay more. When the perfume arrived I saw the red marks and they were absolutely tiny: like a red pencil had lightly scraped the inside of the box. I do not know where these came from but I do know that the perfume could still be sold and that a box can be replaced. It is clear to me that Perfume Click just wanted me to go away. I have now lost a large amount of money (plus the cost of having it delivered PLUS Ā£7 getting it returned!) and a perfume that I cannot wear. It smells like the Chloe I have always worn mixed with a harsh unpleasant smell. I will NOT be using Perfume Click again!! The person who emailed me was very polite but completely scammed me by sending it back to me without my consent.”
“Iāve placed an order over 200Ā£, when my parcel arrived none of the perfumes I paid for were inside. They sent me a hair conditionner worth maybe 8Ā£ which I havenāt ordered.
I contacted perfume-click.co.uk immediately, their customer service is terrible, Iāve spoken to two people and neither of them offered any help and they were very rude. Just told me they are 100% positive all the items Iāve paid for were sent to me (refused to provide any cctv screenshots as proof), basically accused me of lying and then stopped responding.
I sent 200Ā£ and all Iāve received was an 8Ā£ hair conditioner. All items ordered were meant to be gifts so you can only imagine how upset I was about the whole situation.
Whatever you do DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
I am 100% convinced itās a FRAUD and iām already in contact with police, customer rights and a fraud agency.”
“avoid avoid ,received rotten/old product ,been asked to send back even clearly we cannot go out also i have a child, sent pictures still been told is the policy to return the old product”
“Do not waste your money buying from them.
First they refuse a refund because of the original packaging not being returned.
Then they refuse a refund because of health and safety.
They have now been reported to trading standards.
If they sold genuine products, then there would be no need to request refunds”
“Fake, bottle didn't look like the ones I buy from boots. Doesn't smell like the perfume I am used to (bought the same one for 10 years). Feels like skin is burning, smell dissapered after half an hour . Just read reviews in this site, wish I had before wasting my money. With that I'm mind I won't bother fighting for my money back as many of you have said, they won't refund!”
“Had used this company twice before to buy same perfume (Chloe) with no problem. This time bought the largest bottle cost over Ā£80 and it is not right, hardly smells at all. Paid for return and was refused refund saying they had tested it and it was ok, complete rubbish, really disappointed and such waste of money. This company should not be able to trade, wish I had read the reviews first. Awful customer service. Why would I pay to return my favourite perfume if it smelled ok?! Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere!”
“Received my order in good time. I had ordered Hugo Boss Tonic and Dolce & Gabbana 'K' EDP. Both products were genuinely packaged. I tried the 'Boss' fragrance first...very weak scent with little or no lasting performance. Then I tried the D&G 'K'. So disappointed. Even weaker scent and lasts less than one hour. I paid ā¬102, total waste of money. I tried a Dolce & Gabbana 'K' tester in Boots. Completely different product.
I will never use this 'Perfume Click' site again. Fake in my opinion. I'm going to bin these products”
“I bought several bottles of perfume as xmas and birthday gifts only to learn they are not real!! The perfumes are very weak and fade very quickly not like shop purchases wish I hadn't bought them how embarrassing!! Wont be buying again no more online shopping for me...”
“The perfume is smells like a soap and when you want to return they donāt except when asking for a sample they donāt send it to you never bay anything else from them 0 star.”
“Received my order quickly and bottle looked authentic but the perfume is extremely weak and is either stale or not genuine. I feel stupid to have thought I could buy my perfume a little cheaper”
“they are liar !!!!!!!! on the website they describe the product as a hair masque but it s a shampoo. ask for the refund but they say you first have to send it back and pay for the return fees !!!
it's their mistake but i have to suffer the consequences
never again, many websites would have reimbursed”
