“I’ve been purchasing items of clothing from Peruvian Connection for years. I love the quality of their product line and their story. You pay for the good quality of their brand and it is worth it. I’ve purchased online and by phone. They have great customer service and are available to help us as one of their consumers. I was privileged to speak with Pat in customer service today. She helped me with some issues of a duplicate order and thought I needed a manager to help me further. I spoke with Jennifer who helped me sort my unique situation out. I’ve chatted with Natalie on a previous phone order who was indeed pleasant, as well. Evidently I made an online order and made a call to an agent, Natalie, for another order making the duplicate order. Jennifer, the manager, helped me realize this mistake and kindly with patience make a return waiving the $7.95 shipping fee to send back under my unique circumstance. Then she helped me create an order for a shirt. The customer service crew is there to help us with our wants and needs. I’ve not had a bad experience that they wouldn’t “want” to help me through. Thank you!”

“As with all classic clothing retailers, Peruvian Connection designs have changed and yet stayed true to their spirit. I have found many favorite wardrobe pieces here over 30 years. The benchmark with the alpaca wovens is still high and stands out against the clothing trade mass production machine we experience now. Customer service has been strong as well. Most recently I spoke with Jennifer, a professional and informed member of their staff. Thank you Peruvian, for staying true, paying fair wages to garment makers and giving women some creative designs in which to dress our lives.”

“I’ve just read many unfavorable reviews and wanted to add a 5 star favorable review. I love PC’s beautiful clothing and I have been very happy with my purchases over the 4 years I’ve been their customer.I definitely wouldn’t want to be without any of their clothing and accessories I’ve bought. I respect their very high standard of design and the opportunity to wear high quality Peruvian fabrics. (I love pima.) I look forward to receiving every new catalog and enjoying their Sales. “My experiences with Peruvian Connections stores have been excellent! Great merchandise, exceptional quality, unique & original prints and design. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable in product and fashion statements, friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist you in your special purchases. I am a customer with the Washington DC store, while also dealing with the other stores. I highly recommend them!”

“I always order thinking if I don't like it I will send it back, but everything I have ordered is of outstanding quality and looks better on than in the pictures. I want things to not fit so I can get the desire out of my system but oh my gosh! I haven't been able to return anything! Their fabrics are so luxurious and fit so well I just have to keep them. Everything I have ordered has exceeded my expectations.”

“They sell the most exquisite alpaca and pima cotton mainly women's clothing . If you live in a cold climate, alpaca is so incredibly warm and soft and their pima cotton tops, t-shirts are to die for. The pima cotton tops come in medium weight pima, but also in such fine light weight fabric - perfect for hot weather. The colours and designs of both the alpaca and pima garments are outstanding. The service of Peruvian Connection is excellent and items are always packed as if they were a gift and are shipped promptly.”
