I'm still waiting 7 weeks on for a refund of over £1.3k. Just excuses about a systems upgrade and no date given for when refund will be made. Pointless and rude customer services. Dishonest business behaviour. Suspect they're waiting for customers to claim via their credit card providers rather than them making refunds. Do not buy from them. All the traits of business about to fold

Quality has dropped, prices have not. And refunds are impossible! I'm waiting for my refund of almost 2K for over a month at this point.

PC charges your credit card in a nano second once you place an order however, it takes forever to get credited when you return something with all the usual excuses of changing software and I do not know what. Also, I have ordered a special occasion dress several times and then I am told that it will arrive three months later after my special occasion. Finally, all models are pinned in the dresses because I the dresses I have bought and some returned are all hanging like a potato bag around me despite the fact that I carefully measure my size against the size listed on the webpage.

Placed an order 23 May. The $200 dress came and it was shockingly low quality with loose threads, no seam on bottom, just a raw edge. The entire dress looked like it cost about $3.00 to manufacture. The fabric felt absolutely cringy, thin, clingy, waiting to be covered with little lint balls, and with a printed on design that screamed sweatshop. I followed all instructions for returns and it is now 53 days later and they still have not refunded money. Is this business legit or a scam!?

Order place May 19th, over $700. Return/exchange sent back May 30th. It was received by Peruvian Connection. It has not been processed???? I keep getting the excuse on new software being installed. Really?

Bought two T-shirts and returned them within a day of purchase because they were too small. Returned them more than two months ago and still haven't been refunded. Staff confirmed the return was received and said their return system is being upgraded but cannot give me even an approx date when I'll be refunded. Their recommendation is "keep checking back". This is not helpful after taking $150 from me.

I have been waiting for a return /exchange to be processed since May 20th 2025. They have the confirmed that they have the returned order, but they can't manage to process it. Something is very dysfunctional. I will not be buying from them again. Very disappointing.

The Peruvian Connection return process is completely broken. When you call they cannot even give you a hint of the status of the order. They simply do not know. They certainly cannot stay in business much longer in the current disarray. I am done with them and plan to challenge the charge with my credit card company, although, Peruvian says that if the charge is being challenged they can not process the return until the challenge is resolved!!! I still may have better results with the bank....

Peruvian Connection needs to quickly rectify their lack of refunds for returns if they want to stay in business. They say the delay is due to new software. This is not acceptable, especially since they also have made several errors over the years in shipping, necessitating my paying for a return which I otherwise would not have had to make.

Peruvian Collection has exceeded the amount of acceptable time to refund my credit card. Both items returned were within 10 days of purchase or receipt (one was in the store, but I shipped it back because I purchased it on vacation). The second purchase was shipped to me from the same store. This is irresponsible of this company and should have been refunded promptly soon after receipt of the items. Instead, the returns are sitting in a warehouse somewhere while the company holds on to my money, refunding me at their whim. I honored their return policy, but they cannot honor it in their end. Poor business practice. I will NEVER shop there again.

I keep trying to contact the company about my refund, but the hold time is rediculous and I get an automated reply that is the same as the others have stated below. At the bottom of the auto reply is this: CAUTION: This email is from a source outside of Peruvian Connection. So clearly, it is a third party respopnsible for the handling of the returns. At this point, I might just conatact my credit card company. I sent back my return in May!

Returned $549.08 of merchandise to them, mailed on 6/4/2025. This is their response today..."Regretfully, your return has not yet been fully processed due to a transition to a new software system. We sincerely apologize for this delay and inconvenience it has caused. We are hoping to be able to start processing returns as soon as possible. Please let us know if we may be of further assistance." I wonder of they're going out of business and that's why we're not getting our refunds.

I have had the same experience that everyone is saying. I ordered an item. It was not what I thought it was. I immediately returned it. They received it 6 weeks ago. I still have not received a refund. I have phoned twice, and the woman I spoke with still has no idea when I will receive a refund. I feel sorry for the people who take the calls because there is no way to talk to the company's owners. On the phone, they say they have had tech problems for the past couple of months, but if that's the case, it can usually be fixed within 24 hours.

My return was received on 5/28. I called on 6/13, and the customer service girl Piper said they haven’t processed refunds in weeks due to changing software. Piper had no idea when return processing would resume. So disappointed and angry. This company is keeping money owed to their customers.

Purchased a dress online and returned the next day after receiving. Tracking shows they received package 5-13. I have called about the status of my refund three times. First call stated it had been sent to refund dept? Second call stated they were not issuing refunds that week?? Third call stated they had switched over to a new software and they were trying to figure out how to do refunds??? This is completely unacceptable. I will never purchase from this company again.

My experience is similar to another who has written a review here. I bought a dress on 26 April 2025. It was delivered by Royal Mail on 1 May 2025. I returned the dress the same day. It was tracked and received on 6 May 2025. On 12 May 2025 I asked what had happened to my refund and was told "Thank you for your message. We understand your concern and truly appreciate your feedback. Please note that our Returns & Exchanges policy, as stated on our website, specifies that refunds may take up to 5 weeks to process. This is because all returns are consolidated at our UK location and then shipped together on a pallet to our US warehouse. Once your item arrives at the US facility, the refund is processed accordingly. We acknowledge this timeline may feel lengthy, and we are continuously looking for ways to improve our processes. In the meantime, rest assured that your refund will be issued as soon as the return reaches our US team. Now on 8 June 2025 and after the five week period no refund has been given. This is not acceptable and neither was the quality of the dress which was quite mediocre. Not a company I will ever shop with again.

I ordered several items on April 26, 2025 that did not fit. So I returned them right away. But I never got a refund of over $615! I called Peruvian Connection about it and while they acknowleged getting the clothes back, they said they had problems with the company that handles their returns and so I would not be getting my refund for another 6 or 7 weeks! This is ridiculous. I had to contact my credit card company for assistance to get a refund. I would not recommend doing business with this company. No refund should take over 2 months.
