I ordered a dress that I wanted to return in August, still waiting for the acknowledgement email so I can send it back. Several calls to customer service, the last one explained that they don't have a courier to return items to the States. Who knows what's really happening. In the meantime they have many £1000s of all customers money that presumably they are earning interest on. I've shopped with them for years, have loved their clothes and been impressed with the service. No more!

I place a $179 pair of leather gloves in my cart and when I went to check out I discovered that Peruvian Connection's shipping policy is based on how much you spend, not a flat rate. It is only when one reaches $350 that shipping is free. Until you reach that threshold, you pay additional charges the more you spend.To me, companies that do this, penalize people for spending more money. In this case, the gloves would ship at $16.95. I called the company to express my thoughts on this policy, but felt I was met w/indifference. I promptly emptied my cart and removed myself from their mailing list. I am done shopping here. That Decades coat I've been eyeing for some time will just be a memory. Good bye, Peruvian Connection.

I ordered a dress and was told that it would arrive within 10 days. When it didn’t, and I called to complain to Customer Service, they said that they didn’t have any of the dress in my size in stock. This was not disclosed when I ordered the dress Nor did anyone contact me afterwards, to inform me of the inability to deliver on the dates promised. These practices are deceptive and a sign of bad business ethics.

I recently purchased a skirt but wasn’t happy with it and have been trying to return it for the last month . When I phone up they keep blaming it on technical issues . I seem to be stuck with a skirt I don’t want that cost me £193.50 but I have now decided to keep it as it seems from other reviews that even if I return it I won’t receive my refund . Please do not buy from this company - the clothes are amazing but the company is dishonest . So I’ll try to like my new skirt rather than have no skirt and no refund .

This company is dishonest. Returned $500.00 dress and shirt in May 2025. They have acknowledged they received return but keep blaming their software system for not refunding my money. My order number wasSO-000454343. It has been 4 months. Avoid them completely. Zero stars

Think they have ceased trading even though still sending out glossy brochures!! Cannot return dress that wrongly sized! Will have lost £100.00 BEWARE. 17 September 2025

I have been waiting since a long time for my 330.00 plus refund. I have called many times and they keep telling me that the problem is they've change systems. This is my first bad experience, but it makes me weary to buy again.

These people suck so hard. If you return an item, you will never see your refund. NEVER. They will give you a ton of excuses why it hasn't been issued, but your will never see it.

Customers need to call their credit card company. If you had a return and Peruvian Connections is not refunding your money, dispute the charge with your credit card company. If you have saved documentation and communications concerning your return, the credit card company will refund your money. They will immediately credit your account while investigating the dispute. It will then take a few weeks for them to research and finalize it. Mine was resolved in 2 weeks. I received the full $750 refund for 2 separate returns, simple process. I love Peruvian and am a 20 year customer. I was sad and disappointed when I got "the runaround."

Usual story. Returned 2 dresses 4 months af. Still no refund and fobbed off every time we phone. Crooks or incompetent. I’m still best part of 5 quid out of pocket.

I have been waiting 4 months for a refund after returning a dress! I’ve chased several times only to be told it’s due to a systems upgrade & thanking me for my patience. But I am not patient - I’m bloody annoyed & want my £160 back.

I'm still waiting 7 weeks on for a refund of over £1.3k. Just excuses about a systems upgrade and no date given for when refund will be made. Pointless and rude customer services. Dishonest business behaviour. Suspect they're waiting for customers to claim via their credit card providers rather than them making refunds. Do not buy from them. All the traits of business about to fold

PC charges your credit card in a nano second once you place an order however, it takes forever to get credited when you return something with all the usual excuses of changing software and I do not know what. Also, I have ordered a special occasion dress several times and then I am told that it will arrive three months later after my special occasion. Finally, all models are pinned in the dresses because I the dresses I have bought and some returned are all hanging like a potato bag around me despite the fact that I carefully measure my size against the size listed on the webpage.

Placed an order 23 May. The $200 dress came and it was shockingly low quality with loose threads, no seam on bottom, just a raw edge. The entire dress looked like it cost about $3.00 to manufacture. The fabric felt absolutely cringy, thin, clingy, waiting to be covered with little lint balls, and with a printed on design that screamed sweatshop. I followed all instructions for returns and it is now 53 days later and they still have not refunded money. Is this business legit or a scam!?

Order place May 19th, over $700. Return/exchange sent back May 30th. It was received by Peruvian Connection. It has not been processed???? I keep getting the excuse on new software being installed. Really?

Bought two T-shirts and returned them within a day of purchase because they were too small. Returned them more than two months ago and still haven't been refunded. Staff confirmed the return was received and said their return system is being upgraded but cannot give me even an approx date when I'll be refunded. Their recommendation is "keep checking back". This is not helpful after taking $150 from me.

I have been waiting for a return /exchange to be processed since May 20th 2025. They have the confirmed that they have the returned order, but they can't manage to process it. Something is very dysfunctional. I will not be buying from them again. Very disappointing.
