“Peruvian Connection are to be avoided if you expect prompt delivery. I ordered two items in August, one item was delivered in October and the other is still outstanding. Their customer service is not too good either with no real updates so have cancelled the outstanding item and will not be using them again. I shop a lot online and cannot understand why delivery times are so long!”

“I placed an order with this company over 11 days ago and still waiting it’s very expensive clothing so when I eventually receive my order will let you know apparently they post second class I think it’s run by Paddington Bear 🐻 from Peru 🤪 not good”

“I was very unhappy with the quality of the item I purchased and with customer service for this company. I purchased their Windsor Top and wore it 2-3 times and it developed 2 holes in it. All I did was go to the movies and out to dinner. They asked me to send it back to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately, they could not fix it. They said it was my fault. That it looked like I snagged it in something. I did not, but it is clearly a case of he said, she said. The fabric, although pretty, is too thin and extremely delicate. They would not replace the item or refund me. I had it only 1 month. They also would not put my review on their website. I am out $80 ( and more with all the mailing). I will no longer purchase from this company. Think twice before spending your money with this company. You could be stuck with a low quality clothing item.”

“I have placed many orders with PC and have been disappointed several times with the quality of the clothing. My main complaint is the time it takes for my items to arrive. I have ordered and received goods from America in three days but it takes two weeks for an in stock item to reach me from PC.”
