“I got two kittens in my brand new rental who didn’t get the gist of the litter box so you could imagine the smell of the carpet. Literally sprayed this on and the smell was gone. It’s high quality stuff and the smell is truley Devine”

“Ordered express post over a month ago and although I would guess a missing parcel is more Auspost's issue, I lodged an enquiry and was asked to contact petlab to have them contact auspost to give more information in order to help locate my parcel, to which I have recieved no response from petlab about”

Hi Ginalyn, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. As we mentioned to you via email, you had opted into an auto-delivery when placing your first order with us. We offer subscriptions for those customers who require product regularly for a lifetime of 15% off the products being used. There is no scam here, you have to create an account and select the frequency in which you would like your recurring order to be sent. The good news is, once you contacted us regarding this issue we assisted you right away with cancelling this subscription. You most definitely will not be receiving any further orders unless you place them :) Take care!

“Very disappointed in the product. Did remove some of the stain, but it does not remove the smell. The product when sprayed has a disgusting smell that’s unbearable. Has the same smell as a $3 product from Kmart.”

“My naughty cat pee'd on the driver seat in my MH, I removed the seat, put it in the backyard, completely soaked it with the hose, then soaked it with your product, put a large garbage bag over the seat & left it for a week, put it back in & its worked so well, there's just the faintest of odour,not enough to worry about treating it again. Very happy with the product.”

“This product is brilliant,I have two cavaliers,just a little bit of grass, quite a bit of artificial turf..this product does what it says no doggies smell on furniture and outside now smells great...I am ecstatic about it, am saving a fortune with just one product that works, thank you sooooo much.”
