“I have started purchasing The PetLab Products as I was impressed they were not harmful to dogs and I am able to spray the disinfectant on anything. I will say the last two orders I have received I have been disappointed with the smell of the product. The very first bottle we were delivered of the disinfectant had a lovely vanilla smell. The next one I purchased had hardly any smell at all and the last one that was delivered last week has a citrus smell that is not appealing. There needs to be more consistency with the product range.”

Hi Beverly, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I have checked your order and can see you have purchased two different products with us; 1) Is the urine stain and odour remover which is a lovely vanilla (natural) scent & the other; 2) Is the Healthy Habitat Disinfectant which is a very light (natural) lemongrass smell. This is why you are finding them to be quite different, I do hope this offers a good explanation for you. Take Care!

Hi Rene, We certainly did receive your email response detailing your order number, however it was sent to us on Saturday and unfortunately our office hours are business days only. That being said, we have been able to look into your order, and can see that you purchased our outdoor/turf PetLab Plus cleaning solution, we have sent you can email with a screen shot for you. I know that one of our customer care team members has also been in touch with you, and has been able to provide you with further information on how you can still use your current product selection based on your cleaning requirements. “We have artificial turf and tried many products even white vinegar. Didn’t believe the pet lab product was the answer started applying it 3 weeks ago it’s made a huge difference. Looking forward to to next 3 weeks.”

“This would be by far one of the worst products I have every bought. I have purchased this artificial turf product twice now - more fool me. The first time I complained because it was very useless at helping deodorise etc but it did have a great smell. When you promoted the "new improved" and concentrate "Super concentrated artificial turf disinfectant" I was sucked in again. This one is even worse. I spent $99 for two bottles of product that are totally ineffective and don't even smell good. So angry. Maxine Wright.”

I have had a look out our correspondence through our customer care emails, and can see that you reached out for some advice on what to purchase from us given your needs, and we responded shortly afterwards advising you to give our powerful duo a go (link below and provided in our email to you). https://pet-lab.com.au/products/artificial-grass-pet-odour-remover We suggest these two together for particularly soiled areas as the Enzyme concentrate will actually break down the uric acid crystals as a pre-treatment before applying your turf/outdoor disinfectant which is often used for maintenance after the treatment. Unfortunately it looks as though you purchased x2 of the same product (turf/outdoor concentrate), we do however wish you had further reached out to us as we could have then looked at sending you a complimentary bottle, or offering you one of our cleaning experts to call you and assist with the application process.
