“Used it on old stains on carpet 2 weeks ago , I went over the carpet 3 times with it . So far I think it has done a great job just waiting a few more weeks to see if the stains resurface.”

“I like the smell it has but it doesn't last for very long and it only takes the dog smell away for a very short time as well I have to use it 3 times a day and I only have a 12 week old puppy.”

“There are 2 turf products on the market, I persisted with the alternative for many months before trying PetLab. PetLab is a superior product and we achieve smell reduction on our well-used artificial turf most of the time. I also like the fact that it comes as a concentrate which means we can reduce our plastic footprint. Even better if there was a recycle to producer option ......”

“Dear Ty/PetLab...as you are so insistent of a review & validation, let me just say that your products that I have used seem to be as good as anything else thats similar in the Australian market, and 'do it' for me and our dogs. Well done as, afterall, it's the quality of the products as claimed that are my main interest. rather than your company's reputation on social media or whatever is so coveted these days?!.”

“Our dogs had been “toileting” on our outside wood decks for years when it rains and no matter what I’d tried, nothing got rid of the smell which seeped into the wood. The PetLab disinfectant cleaner has got rid of the urine smells after using this consistently. It makes our outside decks smell clean and fresh. In conjunction with the PetLab anti-odour spray our dogs have been discouraged from going on the decks.”

“I have used both products, the external carpet has improved but may need another spray just haven't had time at present. The Urine Stain & Odour Remover Super Concentrate product appears to be working.”

“Well, haven't received my products yet, very expensive though, but will give it a try once received. Bought the others to prevent our puppy pee on the floor, but he constantly go back to the same place, so to me that do not work at all.”

“I have a small male dog that started peeing on the spotted gum floor because it rained consistently for 3 days and he couldn’t go for a walk. (I think that was my punishment). The urine if not wiped up straight away leaves a black stain. Pet Lab’s enzyme formula takes away that ammonia smell too.”

“Product was great, staff were helpful and quick to respond to my email. Living in regional NSW the delivery company was really bad, it was 4 weeks before receiving my product. would much prefer Australia Post delivery than Sendle , I wont shop again if I have to use sendle.”

“Have only used one batch in bottle which attaches to hose on our artificial lawn. Odour was good for a few days but came back again when we had a bout of very hot weather”

“Have used the spray product on our fake lawn. Fantastic result have tried other odour cancelling sprays. Petlab disinfectant has solved the issue of our dog using the lawn area as there is nowhere else for her to urinate. Thank you”
