“Must say .. no other product compares. I have a 16 year old dog who very frequently forgets that he should not pee indoors. This product works. The odour is completely neutralised and the stain almost disappears. We have a rattan style rug so unfortunately the colour of this is affected but the woollen rug cleans very well.”

“I bought the spray to use on my leather couch that the cat had used for a toilet. There was no damage to the leather. It took two applications, as there was a lot of wee on the couch. But it worked.”

“Fast delivery , products are quite good but my cat still keeps peeing in the same places! Took 5 days to receive a reply to my query , by which time I had gambled and bought the twin pack and Healthy Habitat and Urine and Odour Remover , only to find out they are not a deterrent. A bit disappointed.”

“Love the smell and that it actually does erase the urine smell, however my dog still insists on 3 particular places in the house to relieve himself. Nothing seems to deter him☹️”

“I have a cat that unfortunately likes to pee on our beds sometimes. Absolute nightmare! PetLab has become our lifesaver. When I’m washing doonas, blankets etc I’m able to confidently know that the laundry wash is deep cleaning, removing odours and disinfecting. We also love the Enzyme Solution stain & odour remover spray.”

“This cleaner def lifted the stubborn urine smell from the jute rug in our rental. I’m retracting a star because it didn’t really remove the stains. I’m yet to try it on another fabric though.”

“I use Pet Lab’s E.N. Zyme stain and odour remover, for our artificial turf, we have two dogs and this is the only product that removes the odour. It lasts a few weeks before reapplication is needed.”

“I bought PetLab Grubby Paw Doormat in the Extra Large and I love it ! It fits perfectly (longways) in front of the doggy door which enables considerable length for any dirt, water and/ or mud to be absorbed prior to entering the main living areas. There is also room for their water bowls to placed at the top left corner of the mat against the wall which absorbs the majority of splash and dribbles when drinking. Just Perfect - Highly Recomended ! 🐾❤️”

“A welcome addition to my bed. A perfect comfy spot for my dogs with the bonus of no more grubby paws, drool or accidents on my duvet. I simply wash it weekly when I change the bed linen and we all get new fresh sheets and a blanket to sleep on. Happy Days!”

“Great product, works well. However I now realise why I have gone through it so quickly. The bottle has been leaking while not in use. The nozzle is in the OFF position and it still drips. Any suggestions please?”
