“First I got a broken bottle and no replacement. Lost some but could still use it. But I’ve tried it for a few months this and it hasn’t made any difference my puppy is still going in the same spots when I’m using the spray.”

“We have tried so many products out there and this has been the only one that works! My parents male dog and my male dog are always trying to mark everything when they visit each other, but since we have been using the pet lab enzyme odour remover, they have not peed in the same spot! We have been using this product for 2 months now and it still impressed us every time. Definitely worth buying.”

“I think the product is good but very expensive, pensioners and families struggle to pay for such additions, the whole pet industry as a whole is more a money making racket than real care about animals.”

“I recently purchased the ENZYME SOLUTION STAIN & ODOUR REMOVER. This product works really well on both my hardwood floors and tile floors. It’s also great for soft furnishings. And my furbies don’t sneeze when I use it. Having tried other products I highly recommend this one.”

“Absolutely love the PetLab products. I've used the healthy habitat disinfectant and the urine eliminator. The urine one, I have been using on older cat urine that came back every time it got humid. After following the directions of soaking the area after wetting it again, I've had great success!! I'd previously had the carpets professionally cleaned to get rid of the smell, which helped for a short period, but next humid stint and it came back again.”

“I am a cat breeder, so only need it in bulk once a year. PLEASE stop bombarding me with emails! I’ll order when I need it! Maybe split cat breeders from dog breeders. Thanks”

“I'm sorry, the spray smells good and is great for cleaning, but does not deter my dog from peeing and defaecating where he wants.....even after washing with disinfectant s, and your product.... Such a shame.”

“My first time of purchasing both the urine stain and odour remover and the healthy habitat. First off the urine stain and odour remover is certainly amazing filling instructions as per advised first class product love it and fully recommend. Secondly healthy habitat which I used on benches and my vinyl and tiled floors fresh smelling .again very happy recommend My next purchase will be 5he outside and turf odour remover”

“Product doesn't act the way it advertises. It smells good but that's about it. Doesn't deter my dog from doing his business elsewhere but the same spots. Waste of money!”

“We don’t believe the product worked as well as we thought. Other reviews say it is amazing which is why we tried the product however for us, it wasn’t. Also, You will need to use a lot of solution to cover a decent size area.”

“After trying several cleaning products to remove the bad urine smell on a patch of our carpet, I came across Petlab's products and decided to try them because nothing else seemed to work. I had to use it twice (first time I probably didn't use enough) but now the smell is gone and we're very pleased - thank you, Petlab!”
