“We use the Stain and Odour Remover 2L concertrate. Makes up to 40 Litres liquid. We use it on a pet mat set up on our apartment balcony and it certainly works well. Highly recommended product.”

“Amazing product! I ordered the odour remover and sanitiser bundle, used it on a 1.5 year old cat pee stain which still had a a pungent smell coming from the carpet. The odour remover completely removed the smell! I had to spray the whole area with it initially and found that there was still a little bit of odour. As gross as it sounds, I got down to sniff the carpet to decide where to spot treat with the same odour remover on the carpet. After 2 spot treatments, the smell is completely gone. I love the fact that you don't have to wipe or clean the carpet after spraying. 100% recommend, wish I knew about this earlier.”

“Was initially sceptical as the stains in our hallway were quite old. After watching the YouTube instruction video and 3 applications the stains are all but there now. Unfortunately I’ve finished the bottle and with Christmas ahead what I believe will be the final end to the stains will happen in the new year 😅 I however am totally amazed at the results 💜”

“Great rugs and very quick shipping, I did find the website a little hard to navigate when looking for the rugs, still highly recommended, three dogs and an acre to run around in and two of them don’t seem to care if it’s raining”

“Fantastic product, does all it claims to do. With a new puppy in the house we are dealing with the odd puppy accident. We were after a product that actually works and smell nice. PetLab hits the mark in both aspects. So much so I have now ordered their cleaning spray and new carpet cleaner, so once we are past the toilet training stage we will clean our carpets just I case we missed anything! I highly recomend PetLab products.”

“Tried these products for the first time, and their delivery was very prompt. I've purchased the habitat and enzyme concentrate for the best value. Since using them I've found the scent to be very pleasant. The enzyme treatment has not fully resolved the pee issue on one matt but it may be the user, not the product. I rinsed the area and then applied the enzyme. I may not have used enough. My puppy is only 9 weeks old. I also purchased two spray bottles one of which broke after the second use, rather expensive for the quality unless it was faulty. I'm looking to get an exchange.”

“With 4 cats ( 3 male ) they love too spray everywhere, I’ve tried everything and it all just masked them for a moment . Since finding pet lab the smell is actually gone gone , I’m no longer embarrassed when people stop over unannounced. We also have 2 dogs , one male is 17 and now has incontinence the smell is horrendous but now a quick clean up and a spray of pet lab and it’s like nothing ever happened . The puppy is a little lady and learning too use the back yard sometimes she makes a oops and then the male dog will pee over where she had her opps but now with pet lab that’s all stopped . At times I felt like my entire house was a animal potty , i had too have air defuses going in every room all day and night , no longer do I need these going . I’m so glad I stumbled across pet lab . I’ve already turned 3 people on to pet lab .”
