“Product ok, doesn't stop cats from using the spot but Cleans the smell. I've been a long time customer, this was my second time using the concentrated bottles. In the past I had issues with their petlab bottles leaking out, this time it was a concentrate product that was made per introductions based on the bottle size. There is no notice to 'use pet lab only bottles' - yet they are claiming they not at fault even though I have documented this happening EVEN with their own bottles. The situation has been so badly handled I'm disgusted and hurt. A year of supporting the business only form them to side step their responsibility. - the product leaks out of WHATEVER bottle it's in. It's happened in THEIR bottles. I used this same bottle with my past order of the concentrated product and it didn't leak, so it's NOT the bottle, it's the product. I loved their products, they vegan and few are. Now I have to searching for something new to try because I lost all trust in this company to do the right thing. I will be contact fair trading and whom ever I can. This issue could cause serious issues for someone else and they just want to ignore it. This is not ok!”

“The E.N. Zyme Solution Stain & Odour Remover is brilliant! I have an aging cat who is becoming incontinent, there's lot's of little clean ups needed around the house quite regularly. Not only is the pee stain and smell gone, it's replaced with a vanilla-like scent and my cat does not like to spend a lot of time in that area anymore. I've been using this spray on the carpet, on furniture, on blankets (so I don't have to wash them every day) and giving the floor a spritz after a clean up. I also tried it on a mattress that was very stained from a large furball being ejected a few years ago - so far have just done one application and 80% of the stain is gone! Next I'm trying it on the front door where the stray cats are marking their territory.”

“Great product for puppy accidents. Have new carpet and was concerned with puppy accidents, but this product has been a Godsend. It removes the stain and the smell. Would definately recommend this product to anyone with indooor animals.”

“These products are fantastic and work! I was at a point of desperation to fix my concrete stench. I’ve been blown away at the results. I use both of the outdoor products to keep it under control with my two dogs. I have placed a few orders ans so impressed and now using the laundry liquid and healthy habit for indoors. The service is great too!”

“THESE PRODUCTS HAVE SAVED MY SANITY! WE HAVE A NEW PUPPY WHO IS STILL NOT CONVINCED THAT THE CARPET IS NOT TO BE USED, I HAVE NEVER USED PRODUCTS THAT WORK AS WELL AS PETLAB. STAINS JUST DISAPPEAR AND NO SMELL LEFT AT ALL. FANTASTIC!”

“I absolutely love these products. Not only are they eco friendly, they actually work. The washing liquid is fabulous and the carpet shampoo is awesome. For those pee accidents wow. The stain and odour product is always on hand!”

“We've been using PetLab E.N.Zyme solution for more than twelve months as we have an elderly dog has frequent toileting accidents inside. She's 19 and still does try to go outside but can't quite make it sometimes! We have floorboards and the solution is great for cleaning up and getting rid of any smells. Highly recommended. We also have the floor mats and a blanket which are great quality and easily washable.”

“These products have been a life saver, or at least a carpet, sofa and curtain saver. They have removed odours and keep our house smelling fresh. Also prevented our cat from reusing the same spots when he’s had an accident. I recommend this to everyone I know that has a pet.”

“Absolute game changer ! Have recommended to a lot of people and will continue to recommend. I started with the enzyme stain and odour remover for my puppy. I have used it on toddler wee also! I have since branched out to the carpet cleaner which is also a game changer! Such an amazing product! I’m just testing out the laundry liquid but have high hopes! Do yourself a favour and try pet lab. It is actually as good as they say!”

“LOVE This product. I have a 2yr old rescue Dachshund who gets VERY excited when he sees us and does excitement piddles and occassionally still gets frightened and does nervous piddles on the floor. I bought both the spray and the washing liquid and have used both and love them!! Great products! Will definately be purchasing more.”

“So far so good I I have cleaned the items that had been marked and sprayed with pet lab. Great news is Bailey hasn't gone back to these areas. I love the smell because anything overpowering I suffer with allergies and so happy this product has no bad affect on me.”
