“The mat doesn’t stay in place at all. It slides away when my dogs run over it (I have seen this happen on my pet cam - it’s not being pulled in their mouths as your less-than-helpful Facebook comment suggested) and then I get dirty footprints everywhere. It is only marginally better than the old towel I had on the floor previously.”

“Dear Ty/PetLab...as you are so insistent of a review & validation, let me just say that your products that I have used seem to be as good as anything else thats similar in the Australian market, and 'do it' for me and our dogs. Well done as, afterall, it's the quality of the products as claimed that are my main interest. rather than your company's reputation on social media or whatever is so coveted these days?!.”

“I brought the PetLab Grubby Paw Doormat - Traps Dirt Instantly (Ultra Absorbent Microfibre Chenille) × 2 and have been very disappointed in the quality and toughness of the mat. Within an hour our dog had split the mat material with his claws and the seems around the edges all came apart. Ultimately it’s a normal standard bath mat with a dog paw image in it, making it very expensive at nearly $50 each. Won’t be using these guys again!!”

“Item never arrived sadly had to ask for refund. They blamed courier service. Was well over a month until I questioned them about it. Would have been nice them to contact me and talk me about the delay especially being a small family business customer service is everything”

“Our dogs had been “toileting” on our outside wood decks for years when it rains and no matter what I’d tried, nothing got rid of the smell which seeped into the wood. The PetLab disinfectant cleaner has got rid of the urine smells after using this consistently. It makes our outside decks smell clean and fresh. In conjunction with the PetLab anti-odour spray our dogs have been discouraged from going on the decks.”

“Seriously, the best product I ever tried. My puppy is being toilet trained wee on his astroturf mat most of the time and sometimes miss and wee on my balcony… even after cleaning, I could smell the urine on my balcony and house. This product works!! My puppy mat & balcony do not stink wee anymore, even better they smell amazing. ❤️”

“Wow, this doormat is just amazing! I had to clean floor everyday because of my dog's print paws. I put the mat next to the petwindow and now there is no dust, mud or water at all! It saved me lots of cleaning work. Glad that I found this PetLab doormat. Thank you so much!”

“So glad I found this product. Having tried others that make similar claims, I am so happy to have found a product that does everything it claims. Not only does it eliminate urine smells (even stinky boy cat smells), but it discourages them from repeat offending. I wish I could give this 100 stars! The customer service is also worth mentioning as worthy of 100 stars too. An all-round winner!”
