I recently bought two cars from Peter Vardy perth The transaction for the first car went fairly smooth, the only problem was communication ,it was sometimes hard to talk to the salesman. The second car transaction went fine as well apart from a small glitch in the admin dept regarding reg transfer Over all everything went smooth. I think that this will be the tenth car I have bought from Peter Vardy and I hope the after sales will continue to be up to the usual standard

As Gavin Penny is the only fully trained Mobility salesman, there is often long delays to speak too him. His "second" ,Paul, try's hard but admits mobility is not his true field. I would suggest that due to the amount of drivers using mobility vehicles, and placing orders through Peter Vardy, another person be trained and work together with Gavin on a daily basis.

I've never had a bad experience but there is a definite "cooling " once the purchase has been agreed - I know everyone is busy but a wee bit attention would not go amiss guys - it's a huge purchase so keep up the attention for a bit longer. ! Some work that should have been done on the car - scratches on offside - have not been attended to as promised. On the day I never noticed but will bring vehicle in at first opportunity for assessment.

Overall good customer service but let down on the Friday when my car was booked in for its mot. We had been previously told to put the keys through the letter box when my husband dropped the car off at 6.30 am. We asked that the car would be ready for lunch time as my husband would pick it up when he finished work. However when he went to get the car it hadn't even been done as nobody had taken the keys out of the letter box. Why did nobody phone me to ask why the car was there but no keys !!!!!! Needless to say we had to go back later on that day to pick the car up.

As it was the end of the New Reg period things were a bit hectic and the garage were a bit neglectful of the fine details I.e. No fuel in the car when it had been paid for. No car mats which had been paid for. All resolved eventually and Has not and will not deter me from returning again but annoying never the less when you think of the value of spend.
