“When I first arrivef the service I received from dave was fantastict throughout the sale sadly afterwards the customer seevice I received was very poor by other members of peter vardy. First of all car didn't arrive on date that was agreed was over a week late. Then the car had a scrath on it. When I did eventually get to collect the car I was not happy there was rust on the car and a cigarette burn in back seat. My personal opinion peter vardy need to have a look at there customer service skills. Dave couldn't have helped anymore if he tried he was great.”
“Overall experience was good. Very attentive and at no time was any pressure felt by myself. Unfortunately this was slightly overshadowed when I collected my car. I had ordered a spare wheel for the boot instead of an inflation kit - paid for up front. On checking the boot - no tyre. Had limited time to eait for car and as the tye had to be put on wheel etc I had to wait and was late returning to work. Checking my paperwork at home I found that the Car Pass with radio details was missing. I contacted Peter Vardy and I received in the post a few days later the pass for the car - torn and written on. Not really what I had expected from a huge company as yourselves. A simple apology on the phone would have been better. Whoever sent out the pass requires instruction on how to address an envelope! I have a beautiful new car which I am thrilled with but disappointed that there were a couple of hitches.

“A good service from staff although found I spent a lot of money making calls without reply.
Disappointed the car was not as advertised (no bluetooth) and minor issues with car had to be corrected at the time of picking it up.
Otherwise staff very friendly and helpful and overall satisfied.”
“Dave Ivison was a great salesman, full of everything I'd expect from a car salesman. It was my first experience of buying a car from a dealer and he was very informative and helpful. There was a bit of a mix-up with getting the car causing delays due to my ID but he kept me up-to-date and I'll give a wee mention to Andy the 1st handover guy who was very sympathetic and reassured me the car would be kept for me until I could get the ID situation sorted. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the fact I noted the boot didn't open when I first looked at the car, and of all the things your fancy-dancy 114 service check actually checked, it wasn't whether the boot actually opened. So when I did pick the car up a week later, it still wasn't fixed. I was then promised a callback to book it in for repair which I never got so had to bring it up of my own accord and hope it can be seen while I have a day off. Unfortunately it has put a dampener on the experience, otherwise, it would have been rated very good. Thanks”
“Everything was great apart from when I left the show room I was meant to get £20 of petrol that I had to put in to get me home and my car didn't have an aerial so the radio didn't work I would say this is poor and I explained I had a dog when I was looking at the cars and wanted a plastic boot mat to be included in my monthly price but this hasn't been included and I still don't have one and might have to pay £60 for one. Another thing is I was meant to get a phone call about a spare key that was away to get ordered but I still haven't had a call to go in and get it programmed yet.”
“Very pleased with car - just a bit disappointed that it has to go into Bodyshop so soon for reqpair that should have been carried out before handover.
The valeting of the car was also a disappointment.”
“Staff were welcoming and engaging. They appeared to have my interests at the forefront. I would have preferred to deal with one individual throughout, rather than have several people to deal with, although the sales rep was consistent. I was surprised not to see him when I picked up my car, - instead I met a 'hand over specialist'!
I was promised that a scratch on the side of the car would be repaired before i took it over and it wasn't, however I was told someone from the company would phone me a few days after getting my car - so I will discuss it then, if they phone.”
“Our salesman Gavin did an excellent job which resulted in us purchasing a new astral excite.
He kept us up to date with paper work and when our car would be ready for collection.
However when we came to collect our car we were told to take a seat in waiting area got offered coffee then completely ignored for 40 mins whoever was allocated to do handover took wrong couple when realised error didn't think to return to find correct couple.
Eventually after complaining about our lengthy wait problem was rectified and we were allocated different person to handover our new car he did an excellent job apologised profusely . Gavin also came and apologised for the other person's error but the person in question did not.
If we had been ignored the day we were looking to purchase then you definitely would have lost the sale to a different garage.
We are delighted with our new car had courtesy call from Gavin to ensure all was well.we hope lesson learned at the garage so the experience will not be repeated by any other customers.

“You were good, but, before you get a swell head, not perfect. After driving an automatic for several years, the clutch and gearbox took a bit to get used to. The description of all the buttons and knobs inside went straight over my head at the time.
Although the lady did serve a nice cup of coffee, the time that the sales and personnel would have lasted at least 7 biscuits. To and fro for paperwork, talking to other people took far to long. We could have walked out and no one would have noticed.
However, the sales staff listened to our requirements with regards a car and satisfied most of them at a stroke. well done”
“i can not fault the service it was very streamlined. staff very helpful which made the whole experience stress free. although i have to say i only went out shopping to buy tiles in the shop next door to garage and came home with a car
