“Took 3 weeks from order to receipt of product. I had to chase this on two occasions. Packaging of box was loose....hence some slight damage to product”

“I had a great experience buying from Petwell but I have now spent 2 weeks and several emails trying to return an item and have had no response at all! You need a returns code and address in order to return an item which you can only get by email. However there is no response to my emails. Don't buy any items you are not 100% certain you will not need to return!”

“Hi I ordered the Aadaptil Calm collar hoping it would help with my dog anxiety, I have had the collar on my dog for over a week now, but so far it hasn't helped with her anxiety atall, but I will keep it on her and hopefully it may start to work...”

“Had to chase dog food twice. It took so long I had to buy from an alternative supplier whilst I waited for Petwell. Finally arrived in two separate delivers on consecutive days, what a waste of resources. Price very good but hassle factor just not worth it.”

“Product was great..... however the one day service that we paid extra for took 3 days.... apparently the 1 day service only starts when the order is processed which could take however long they decide to wait to process.... in short, don’t waste your money on the 1 day service!”

“I have placed an order of dogs treats which when they arrived they were 3 months out of date. I contacted customer services who replaced them immediately- to which when they arrived were also 3 months out of date. I am expecting a full refund”
