Order placed on Wednesday. Not even out for delivery until Monday evening. May get it Tuesday if I’m luck way too long to wait. A good product a good price but lacking in delivery times

Customer service non existent. Instructions state if you need to return an item that you have to contact them to get a return shipment label, which has proven to be impossible as they do not respond to emails. Have emailed 4 times, I got an automated response saying they are busier because of the Christmas period - it’s nearly the end of January so why is their auto response still referring to Christmas? I am left with an item that is not suitable and unable to return it. Would not recommend and will never order from them again

Pet well are always fractionally cheaper than other websites and I’ve always ordered my cars flea and worm treatment from them. However, this is the last time as delivery takes forever, even if express delivery paid for. Every time I have to make numerous calls and emails and items normally arrive at least a week and a half later. If you don’t mind waiting a few weeks then fine, but for me, chasing them up after every order is now over and I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

This product didn’t work unfortunately cats still have eggs on new bedding, live fleas and itching

I ordered cat flea treatment on express delivery 4 days later I’m still waiting for my order to turn up and on my account it still says processing . I’ve been in touch with the incompetent customer services who assured me that my order would be dispatched yesterday and that I had been given a refund for the postage which is all lies .. I have quiet a few family members that have regular orders from this site but they won’t be no more. I am a housebound lady and you have caused my great inconvenience . I’m having to contact my card provider to get a refund

Still no update on my order after a week of placing it spent nearly £60 with you and ive emailed to ask and no reply i wont be using you no more ill letting family and friends know aswell !!!!

I ordered Verm x after 12 days still not received it this is the second time this has happened and because I use it as a wormer my dogs need them 💔 not happy with the service

No customer service. Order never received. Paid over £100 no one picks up the phone. Order still to this day still shows processing. Had to get my credit card provider to refund as I couldn't contact petwell. Don't bother with this company.

I will never forget how BADLY they are. They are NOT CAREING ABOUT THE ANIMALS ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. They didn't send my item out for nearly a week shameful.

I waited ten days for my Panzym order to arrive. In desperation I ordered from a different company as I had only one day's supply left. This arrived two days later, but I still haven't received my order from Petwell.

I ordered two cans of flea treatment. Paid the extra 6 quid for next day delivery. This was on a Thursday afternoon. I received the item the following Thursday. Granted when I was finally informed it was being shipped it was delivered the next day- but waiting 4 days for it to packaged up to be sent was not what I expected or would have paid the extra money for

Ordered critical care marked as banana flavour which turned out to be anise flavoured which my pets don't like. I have now written twice to returns asking them to send me a RME number so I can return the item but they haven't yet answered. Appalling service and will not be using again.

I ordered 12 applications of Frontline cat flea treatment, which arrived the beginning of May. The expiry date on both boxes of six was March 2022. Obviously two of the doses were unusable. I contacted Petwell to arrange return of one of the boxes and received no response. The email asking me to provide this feedback had a contact link included, so I decided to give it another try. The link led to Page Not Found. So, Petwell, here’s my review.
