Ordered 12 tins of dog food; 9 of the tins were dented, some in 2 places. Not even offered replacements. First experience of buying from this company and the last!! Very disappointed. Never had dented tins from the other companies that I buy from.

I ordered an item and paid almost half the value of the item in postage for next day delivery as it was urgently needed. I placed the order after close of business on a Thursday. Delivery was made after 4pm the following Monday. Petwell use DPD who charge extra for weekend delivery. Despite taking payment from me for next day delivery I had to wait almost 4 days for my item. The message is 'don't use Petwell if you need something delivered over a weekend'.

Wasn't happy with the service at all. My product wasn't delivered as driver went to another address! Yr website says next day delivery which I paid for and it still hadn't arrived 2 days later! Unhelpful customer service. Disappointed.

My order never arrived on time as it was lost in transit, not the first time its happened but, the replacement cam on time though. Happy as usual with the products but not with DPD!

Ordered on a Wednesday and paid for next day delivery. I received an email on Thursday advising that item would be delivered on Friday. No attempt was made to deliver on the Friday and we eventually received items on the following Tuesday. The company refunded £2.90 which was the extra I had paid for next day delivery.

My delivery was overlooked not sent out when it wss it could have at least been sent next day took another 6 days and was important.Over 10% off next order.A gift voucher would be a nice gesture.

I ordered 2 items by mistake I emailed the company to cancel one of the orders . This was never acknowledged and both orders were sent out and I was charged for both . I won't be using this website again . P Appleton .

Dear Patricia Thank you for your recent order. We did reply to your email on 4 December confirming that we were not able to cancel the order as unfortunately it was already packed and bagged and supplied a Freepost returns label address to return the extra ordered item for a refund. This is due to the terrible delivery company you use--Hermes. Will not use Petwell again if you continue to use them. Shame because everything else is excellent, in particular your customer services team and your prices. I would have bought my Arden Grange from you but will opt for a company who don't use Hermes to deliver. . If you read my e mails to your excellent customer service team you will understand why. I suggest you read "Trustpilot" on Hermes.

Sadly my order never arrived. I emailed this company on numerous occasions to find out when I would receive my order and was informed that the item had been dispatched, but it never came. Had to have a refund so I could purchased it from another supplier.

I find shopping with Petwell a pleasure as i can do it at home, they sell all my pets needs ie Flea protection, pet calming devices, the delivery is also very quick

Can I say no stars out of 5 as that’s how I feel. They offer a 1 day delivery but that’s only after DPD pick it up!! What they don’t tell you is they don’t pick up every day. I ordered something on a Thursday afternoon so thought 1 day - should be with me on the Saturday but surprise surprise it wasn’t going to arrive until at least the Tuesday!!!! Why offer a service if it isn’t exactly as it says on the tin. It was the Pro-Kolin paste for my dog so needed it ASAP! So ended up getting it from Amazon who did offer a next day delivery and that even arrived on a Sunday. I will NOT be using Petwell again and I will be telling all my friends and family not to use them either. Useless company!!!!!!!!!

My first shopping experience with this company was bismal to say the least my money was taken yet I received no order. I phoned them up about order to be told it hadn't been processed yet the money had been taken £62.07 was price of order. They then sent the order out I received it and an item was missing that's strike 2 against this company eventually received the item what should have been 3 to 5 days delivery took 2 weeks. What I was offered as compensation is a 10% discount code

Awful. My order never arrived and after 6 messages that were not answered I had to file a report with my card conpany to get the money back. Awful.
