My first shopping experience with this company was bismal to say the least my money was taken yet I received no order. I phoned them up about order to be told it hadn't been processed yet the money had been taken £62.07 was price of order. They then sent the order out I received it and an item was missing that's strike 2 against this company eventually received the item what should have been 3 to 5 days delivery took 2 weeks. What I was offered as compensation is a 10% discount code

Awful. My order never arrived and after 6 messages that were not answered I had to file a report with my card conpany to get the money back. Awful.

I was impressed with petwell regarding the order I purchased. but I ave been left disappointed now. I reordered seraquin for my dogs buy 1 get 1 free but only received one pack not happy.

I oredered a Feliway plug in and continer and it leaks dreadfully so i sent you an emial and no one has bothered to respond--so i am a very unhappy customer. You have no telpehone numer that I can call.

Dear Lucy Please kindly note that your email was received on Wednesday evening and we responded on Thursday morning to confirm that we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you and asked you to return the faulty item. We would appreciate if you would consider amending your review as we did respond to your email and have sent you a replacement item.

I paid extra as I needed the flea product you came back saying in an email it would be delivered by 8pm the next day. Three days later it was delivered I contacted you and was told as the order was placed after 2pm it did not count as next day. Personally I think I was just fobbed off by your company so I basically paid£5.98 for nothing.

Order not delivered despite 2 e mails. Asked for replacement order which is coming out in separate parts (fair enough) but just had the same order number apparently to be delivered by Hermes and DPD!

I am disappointed in pet well because I placed my order just over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it!! Also the money has been taken from my account. Need to be careful how they deliver their items! I'd like a refund as well.

I was charged customs duty on the Petwell purchase of Feliway diffuser and Anxitane tablets. This was not expected or indicated when I ordered.

First of all I ordered and it didn't turn up in The 5days next when it did turn up like 10days later 1 item was missing and still I haven't received that item I will never ever use petwell again how can you place 1 order and have 3 muck ups worse service ever

Service was poor. Item didnt get dispatched for weeks and when i chased it, noone responded to me. It just randomly turned up one day when i wasnt at home so i had to go all the way to the post office to collect it.

Ordered the item on a Friday and got an acknowledgement (item in stock). I was advised that I would receive a confirmation email when the item was despatched. I had not received this by the following Friday so I queried the whereabouts of the order on the Saturday. I was told that the item had been despatched the previous Monday and that it would take 2 - 5 business days to arrive. No details of who delivering or speed of delivery method etc. given. I received the item the following Monday via Royal Mail. The package did not state whether it had been sent first or second class. Trying to get information from Petwell was difficult as the answers they sent to me seemed to be very much just stock answers. They told me to check if my neighbours had the item; they told me to check with the Royal Mail - difficult as there was no tracking information for the package!. I had to pay £2.99 delivery charges for this small item so I feel somewhat aggrieved that the delivery was so slow. Still no explanation as to why I didn't receive an email confirming despatch. In view of slow delivery and very poor support from this Company (there is no phone number, just an email for queries) I will not be using their services again.

I can only rate you 0 as I still have not received my order. As I now will have to purchase one of the items at a pet store as I have now run out I am very disappointed with the lack of service I have received from you. I informed you that I had not received the order and was notified that another would be sent which I am still waiting on. Very disappointing

I thought all was well until I came home tonight to find my package left on the doorstep. I have no idea how long it had been left there for. What would have happened if somebody had stolen it? Poor.

Unfortunately, once we hand over an order to Royal Mail, we entrust them to deliver the package safely to the customer and sadly, it is out of our control how they handle delivery. However, we would like to reassure you that we always ensure that our customers receive their order one way or another. We kindly advise you to make a complaint to your local Royal Mail post office as if they are unable to post the item through the letterbox, they should leave a calling card. Both item's where ordered at the same time (one needed for upstairs/one needed for downstairs) only one arrived two day's later,other one didn't arrive till a full week later!! NO Customer Service Telephone Number to find out what was going on,just a stupid e.mail address!! Absolutely disgraceful set-up!! Will NEVER use this company ever again!! Good Day!!

Hi Paul We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment with your shopping experience. We do often send items such as Feliway in separate packages and you should have received 2 separate shipment emails. Unfortunately, whilst both items were despatched on the same day (6 June), we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and often packages can arrive on different days (although a week is much longer than usual and can only apologise for the delay) We would like to reassure you that we do respond to all customers emails within 24 hours and always ensure our customers receive their orders.
