“The staff in the shop at Meadowhall were very friendly and so helpful. Sandy gave the dress a steam, to get rid of a few creases, whilst I did more shopping. This was my third attempt to buy this dress. Twice I ordered it via Next, but on both occasions the dress arrived in store so creased I had to return it. Once, it had fallen off the hanger in transit and the second time it was wrapped in a jumper-sized parcel. I am so pleased to finally get the dress I wanted for my son's wedding.”
