“They told me returns were now to be charged. However on my order dated 19th November, it states returns are free. So they were wrong to charge me a return fee. I have got it credited, but phase Eight were wrong to tell me charges commenced 1st November. They should check their orders. They should also contact me”

Webpage and wishlist is very slow to navigate and if you arrive in your wishlist to 10th page and want to remove some items, ot takes you back to page 1 and you have to start loading all pages one by one again!”
