“I have not used Phase Eight before, but was looking for a wedding dress that was ' off the shelf' The quality was very high, unbelievably so for the money. I ordered 2 sizes and the return process was simple, something I was pleasantly surprised by. Excellent.”

“I really like Phase Eight, as it is so easy to order and return items, if not suitable. However I have noticed that sale items online are cheaper than in store. I actually had this particular dress for £49 and it was £79 in store. I tried the dress on in store but did not buy it cause I knew it was cheaper online. This is disappointing!”
