The prices are higher than other stores, but quality is very good and you get what you pay for. “The staff are always very helpful and more knowledgeable than staff in other stores regarding their products and go out of their way to be helpful. They seem more engaged in their attitude towards clients which gives the impression that they actually enjoy their jobs and feel valued by their company. It is always bright and pleasant to go into a Phase Eight shop and the lighting is good which allows the colours of the clothing to stand out better so you can actually see how it suits you. They like to converse and discuss any concerns and they are truthful about the garments and how they look on you. They may suggest other garments because they seem experienced in what may suit you better. I think this shows that they want their clients to be happy with the garment and it feels like they are successful as a company so they don't need you to buy something because the garments speak for themselves. The designs are very good and there is always something for everyone. I trust them as a company and they were very helpful when I was upset with the poor delivery from Evri so in future I shall go and pick up from the store. Just a minor detail which in no way detracts from my experience with Phase Eight.”
