“this is the worst place to send your phone to i would not even give them a 1 star first they loss my phone then other me less money if it but it was mint as was in a cover from day one then they fine find it so i said to send it back but still waiting 5 mounts later even low they said it has been sent a log time a go what a joke as they will not phone you to say what is happening and then the number they give you dose not work”

“I sent a phone on the 27th June 2019 and I have been contacting Phone convert and I have not had any response in 4 weeks and now I have no phone and no money not happy one bit all I want is my phone back or my Money back also no telephone number for contact. “Took my phone and told me they’d made payment, payment never received. Three weeks of promised pay dates and still not had a penny. Stopped replying to my emails, now referring to Action fraud.”

“I sent an ipad Air2 a month ago. I waited 2 weeks then emailed them to find out that the ipad was locked and they couldn't access it... Asked to provide details which I did and was told I would receive an email from Apple and photographic evidence of the reset... Never received this and have informed the company of this! This behaviour has pricked my ears up.... Waited another week and several ignored emails later... Informed it was all good and bank transfer completed..... A week and a half later and still no money.... Excuses after excuses... Informed they have a money flow issue with PayPal apparently! Now been told my order will be prioritised due to bad customer service and my money will be sorted 'Shortly'. No clarification of what that means..... Gave them ultimatum of pay me by Tuesday 10th Sep or return my item..., surprise surprise.. Emails are being ignored! Bad service..... Had to pay my own postage of £3.55 as I didn't request Royal Mail label (I wasn't given any option) and I'm done with them. Action Fraud case opened....... Joke... Stay away from these people. No phone number to speak with anyone which is another annoying factor!”

“Please do not use this company. I sent them my phone, they never sent my cheque and they are ignoring my emails. I wish I had sold my iPhone privately as I’ve now lost £150. Very disappointed in phone convert.”
