Service with delivery of phone was what you would expect , but during my application for a phone from phones for u I was offered a free gift which made me very interested so I decided to get a contract , I choose the Xbox1 . When I phoned your customer services I was told that no such offer existed. I feel that I was mis sold this offer and if I had known this then I would not have went ahead with the phone

Was supposed to receive free speakers with my phone. they never arrived. when i called phones4u i was told they would look into it. havent heard back from them since

Ordered my phone on a Tuesday night at 9 pm received my phone next day at 3 pm brilliant service set up phone no problem excellent all over would highly recommend also customer service was excellent

I found the people at phones4u polite, helpful and pleasant. Only gripes are, that when I signed up through phones4u on EE, I was told that there shouldn't be a rise in my contract price until next year, yet within 6 weeks I was informed of a rise in cost. I wasn't warned either, that on EE any text over 160 characters, this includes spaces, would cost the same as a picture message or even if it was a short message with an icon added was the same. I thought I had unlimited texts on my package.I chose a reasonable monthly package of £37 but was getting bills nearly £ 10 more so beware, good deals with EE aren't so good. I still feel that this should have been pointed out as I would definitely not have gone with a EE.

I'm so sorry in regards to the the EE contract you've taken, the details that you mention are not something that is within our control. It is at the network's discretion if they increase their price plans, and if this is done it's normally inline with inflation and they will notify you about. Not only was my new phone broken when I recived it but when it was replaced and I finally got my phone back after nearly 3 weeks it was a different colour. Plus what was in the add for this phone was a free tablet plus £50 Google play voucher . I only got the tablet . I've called and been into the shop 2 times and ever time I was told I would get my voucher I never received it . Will not be coming to you guy again when my partners phone needs upgrading.

The phone I bought stopped working. No one would initially speak to me. After further calls they said they would phone me back. This didn't happen. After an e mail they discovered that apparently this number was not mine although I had been using it for 6 weeks!. It was agreed the mistake was yours and that this would be rectified in 48 hrs. This did not happen. 3 weeks on I was still waiting! I then received a message that the fault was now rectified. This did not happen. I the sent another e mail and was called back. The advisor said she would recompense me but the the phone would not be working until the 19th July. I pointed out that the contract with you had not been honoured and wished to withdraw. She said that I cannot cancel the contract. This seems to be verging on customer abuse!! The situation has caused me much distress at a time when I have have really needed a phone. Apparently the number which is mine had been transferred to a business, this is not true as I myself have tried to ring the number. So it is not the case that I need to wait until the 19th July. The number stopped working suddenly after 6 weeks so this fault should have been rectified immediately. E Whitney

Applied in store for a pay monthly contract and was declined following a credit check. This is nonsense I recently obtained a copy of my credit history and work in banking so know my credit is fine. I re-applied for the exact same deal online via Phones4u and was approved. Poor service as presumably the sales assistant keyed my info incorrectly in store causing the fail.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini is an excellent phone. The service I received from Phones 4 U was poor. I placed an order and received an e-mail to say the phone would arrive on Monday. I could go on line to the courier's web-site to track the phones progress. Two days later the phone had not arrived, so I rang the courier. I was told I had to ring phones for you, which I did. (Why did I have to do that, the couriers or Phone 4U had lost the phone not me?) I was told the phone was lost and that they would send another which would arrive in six days. To Phones4U's credit they did give me a discount on the monthly charge for the phone in compensation for the hassle. However, the next day the first phone arrived! So I rang Phones4U to see if I was going to get two phones and what they wanted to do about that. Apparently no second phone order had been raised. I was using Orange tariff. Not clear that once the SIM is activated it takes a further 24hours to work properly. The Orange customer services number is 150 but this doesn't work until the 24 hours has expired (no one tells you this and that you can't set up any voice mail message.) I spent ages trying to find another customer services number, eventually went through EE to speak to some one. It would have helped if all this had been included with the information with the phone or the SIM. One might expect that you buy a phone, put the SIM in, charge the battery and it works - but no. I guess all providers are the same but if you buy with Phones4U don't expect to be able to use your phone for a couple of days once you have it. Once it was working it's been a great phone.

Got a very poor deal with Phones 4U as now being contacted by other companies who can take 30% off same "deal". Now stuck in an expensive contract for next 2 years. Certainly will not be using them again or recommending them

Service overall very good. Was promised Spotify and a Gourmet Club membership but have had no information so am not getting the free benefits of either. Please advise. Thanks in advance

The phone came on time and have no complaints about that but the tablet which came with it was faulty would not connect to the Internet and after 2 weeks stopped working all together. The headphones took two months to arrive at which point I had moved house so missed the delivery and could not change the delivery address.
