Good service and quick to send out new phone but wish they would offered the best deal straight away instead of having to argue to get the best price/package.

I applied for a phone through phones for u online and still haven't heard anything about being accepted or declined so I just left it!!! I cant be bothered with phones for u and will be going to car phone warehouse!!

My son is really pleased with his phone. It arrived really quick. I got plenty of notice to say it was on the way. I would certainly recommended to other people. Thankyou

I am not at all happy with this phone , I wish I can return it, please let me know if I can return it. 1)This is not user friendly for writing message, deleting messages , take lot of time to explore. no conferencing. Simple not happy, could you please return and I can get cash back please ?

The actual purchase process went quite well BUT it was NOT explained to me the full implications of staying with the same phone number and service provider. If I had not stayed with Orange/EE, I would have been able to transfer my phone number without a lot of fuss and hassle. The phone I wanted had 2 different service providers, I did tell your Rep. what I wanted to do. If he had explained the complications about changing contracts BUT keeping the phone number, I would have changed provider. As it turned out, I had to pay for a whole month before I could use my new phone. This was VERY frustrating - I have discussed this with other users who say exactly the same!!!

I went into your store to get a galaxy s4 and ghia deal, the store had both these items in stock but because they could not find the combo option on their system I had to place an order over the phone whilst in the shop then walk out empty handed and wait 5 days for my things to be delivered, when my parcel came it only had the phone so I had to ring up to chase where the ghia watch was, the watch eventually came over 2 weeks later

The initial purchase was fine however since then I have had my mobile stolen. I have contacted them several times regarding proof of purchase required by my insurance company, that was nearly 3 weeks ago, I have since been reassured that e-mails will be sent and paper copies will be posted, not a thing, very poor customer service indeed!

Being an RED employee was told I would get a discount on my tariff But was not given one and now it is 3-4 months and I cannot get the discount Very disappointed

Poor service. Completed an upgrade in April and still in the month of July I was still waiting for the package I had upgraded to. Making contact with various operators on the matter, all 6 were unable to help. Making promises that just did not occur.

Phone did not turn up when I was told it would, staying In for the day is rather annoying to find out it's not coming.. Turned up nearly a week after ordered..
