I recently took out a phone contract in April with 100 pounds cash back but still haven't received it and I feel like I am not getting anywhere for it Would not recommend phones 4 u to anyone until this matter gets resolved.

Customer Service was terrible i had to chase Phones4U in regarding my phone for delivery. Courier company never left me a postcard advising me that they tried to delivery the item. Checked online and the Courier company stated it was at the depot. Went to the depot and my phone wasnt there. Was told by an Phones4u agent that once i receive my phone i would would need to call EE to migrate my number onto the New SIM card. This was not the case as my number was moved over and i was without a phone for 2weeks.

Twice I have phoned to complain re The Nokia 113 that I purchased from you on April 16 2014 The first time I was given various things to do. Bearing in mind I am 73 years old and deaf, which I did explain to the female that I spoke too. She then said if the phone continues not to work [Coming up with (Call Not Allowed)all the time], To ring again quoting ref no 825355. This I did speaking this time to a Male. Who was of no help at all saying quote, IF YOU HAVE A SPARE PHONE USE THAT AND I WILL SEND AN ENVELOPE TO RETURN PHONE FOR REPAIR,unquote This I have still not received!! and not a happy bunny. This spare is not Bluetooth which I need as was the nokia 113 serial no 359963055485870. Tel no 07528753397. I am totally fed up with this terrible service and don't recommend you to anyone. I brought the Sony xperia z1 as a replacement for my old one. The phone had lots of problems with the speakers and didn't have the cover for the headphones compartment to make it waterproof, unlike the one I had before, makes no sense as is supposed to be exactly the same phone. Very disappointed in my product ordered.

Purchased phone online, initially a few problems with application was dealt with swiftly. E-mailed throughout and communicated well. Had to go instore in coleraine and again boys couldnt do enough to help me. I have purchased phones with phones 4 u for years and always had a good care.

I loved dealing with phones for you, 12 years I was with 02 for but thought I would try something different and there like a breath of fresh air. There customer service is second to non and they've never not been able to help either in store or online.

I recently changed networks from Orange to ee via phones 4 u, unfortunately it wasn't particularly smooth, 2 months after receiving the phone my handset was blocked, I rang ee to find out why, they said it was due to non payment, (I have never not paid or been late on payment) after an hour of arguing with ee it came to light that phones 4 u never sent on my direct debit information meaning I had to pay two months in full due to phones 4 u ' s negligence.

In regards to your direct debit details, we do pass these onto the network as part of your connection process so I am really sorry that this was not set up. I have only given 3 stars as I was promised 100 pounds cash back ,no cash back has come my way . The rest of the service is good.

I bought a phone from Dialaphone which is part of the Phones 4u group. Since then I have received a number of e mails from Phones 4u addressed to someone else but sent to my e mail address , including this review request. Some of the e mails have included the intended recipients name and address. I have contacted Phones 4u twice to notify them, each time I have been told my e mail address will be removed from their system. I have great concerns about security and confidentiality with this company, if I have received someone's personal details I wonder if anyone has been sent my details!!

The phone I received (Doro DR607) is just what I wanted and arrived very promptly as promised. Unfortunately there was no mention of it being necessary to register with Orange to activate the ten pound purchased with the phone. So I waited the 48hrs which you did say it may take but was still unable to use the phone. I then rang phones 4u & they told me I would need to contact orange, which I did & duly activated my phone to receive my top up. Unfortunately they said it could take from 24hrs to 10 days , so I am still waiting to use my phone. phone received 22/07/14.
