I started to receive E-mails from Phones 4 U to say that I has started a new contract from a shop in Scotland and that direct debits would start being taken from my account. I called them and was told that they had the incorrect email address. I have continued to receive emails from them and now they are asking me to write a review....... THEY DO NOT LISTEN EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO TELL THEM THAT THEY HAVE THE INCORRECT DETAILS FOR A NEW CUSTOMER......

Had a problem with my new phone, managed to get through to someone in customer services without having to spend ages in a queue and the problem was resolved swiftly. Very good service.

Well I got sold 4G which doesn't exist in my area and 3 months on having problems with my new provider yet my old one was fine but told this was a good deal never again and would never ever recommend phones 4u or vodafone a disgrace which has lead me to legal action

I had issues with regards to incorrect addresses, email addresses, signing up for Direct Debit but had to pay bills manually and not being informed my SIM card would be switched off before my new one arrived. I followed the complaints process and recevied an apology - although, these mistakes should not have happended in the first place. Phones 4 U will not be considered the next time I upgrade.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing a fault with your phone. I have checked your account and can see you had a problem with people hearing you on calls. You last spoke to our Technical Support Team on 17 July regarding this who asked you to monitor the issue. You do have a 24 month warranty which entitles you to a free of charge repair for any manufacturing faults. I would recommend booking this for an assessment at any local Phones 4u branch. Alternatively, you may speak to our repair centre (Anovo) on 08448 712269. Kind regards, Amy

First time I renewed contract over the phone with phones 4u this lead to my details being passed to scammers who work internal or independently who repeatedly tried to gain access to my bank account however I approached phone 4 u queen gate Peterborough they were very help full and a credit to your organisation .lesson learnt I will now only deal face to face .

Hello Andrew, Thank you for posting your review. I can see that it was us who tried to contact you in May in order to confirm your details for you cashback. As you were unsure if this was legitimate, you visited our Peterborough branch, who kindly called and confirmed it was ourselves. Please accept our apologies for any concern this caused. Kind regards, Amy

Received a phone, but had no contract set up on it. After 2 months I still have no contract which was agreed. was pushed from phones4u to contract suppliers and still no final out come. Meaning now I have a phone with no contract and my old contract has now ended and I am paying over the amount for calls and txts. No one took responsibility or ownership in order to settle the problem, even in store was unhelpful. (Harrogate)

I was given False information when upgraded that resulted in P4U having to compensate for the error.

I am not happy that the phone package should have been £16.99 per month but I discovered when the bill came that I had to pay VAT on top.

Went to your shop in Dover 5times to get my phone set up , they did not want to know so gave up in the end. Your man on the phone told me they would. Never deal with you again ,in the end your deal was no better than car phone warehouse, I will stick with them next time. Sorry.

Having bought on contract a Samsung GalaxyS4 I find it impossible to send MMS messages. Tech support/cuztomer support difficult to talk to over the phone. Shop assistance at Reading by shop staff helpful but could not answer problem. Vodaphone staff at Farnham excellent service but my phone cannot execute MMS even now after 22 hours. Is there small lrint somewhere that excludes the use of MMZ?

brand new s5 problem with the camera in the first instance customer services where helpful and said they could exchange the phone but then said i'd have to send it back to them and on receipt of them getting it they would then send a replacement out i then mentioned the inconvenience of doing it this way as i can't afford to be with out a phone and then we got into the arguments of why i could not walk into my local store and exchange it because i had bought the phone on line and phones 4 u have two different operating systems one for online orders and one for in store orders and in this day of wonderful technology their operating systems cannot talk to each other to allow for an easy life for their valued customers as they put it and make something as simple as a phone exchange as straight forward as it should be i've used phones 4 u before on numerous occasions but always in store and not online and have never had a problem the staff have always been polite friendly and up to date on the products so perhaps in this day of modern technology it's best to stick to the old fashion ways of shopping as you get a better service

When I first got this android phone (I think that's what it's called) I could have thrown it out of the window and yearned for my lovely old phone but I'm begining to get used to it and don't loose my temper quite as much. The fault, I'm sure, is to be laid at my door or, perhaps to be more correct, at my fat fingers. Nothing wrong with the phone but perhaps my age. Having said that, one must keep up with progress and I have to show my grandsons how clever i am. This last statement would have them in fits of laughter.

I ordered a new phone. Due to an error by them, 2 were sent to me . I returned one but unfortunately Phones4U had registered the other one with EE. This meant that my original number did not transfer to my new phone. Over the following two months i made countless phone calls and sent emails to them and visited their stores, asking them to resolve the problem with the number.Although their staff promised to sort it, each one failed dismally. It was only when i contacted EE directly that this was finally resolved. My experience of dealing with this company proved to be stressful, frustrating and annoying and i will not be purchasing my next phone from them.
