THE SCREEN WAS IN MINT CONDITION as it has been in a leather case all its life! Requested for phone back finally got it back and it looks like it’s been kicked around the floor. With far more Scratches on the case which would only occur if out of a case. Do not use them!”

Phones2Pounds advertise that they will pay for the postage. However, the label provided does not cover the cost of a special delivery (which is the only truly safe way to send a high value item at £200 which my phone was worth) and so you will need to pay £8.00 for this.
Furthermore, my phone was in great condition minus one small surface scratch. Other phone trading companies told me they would have accepted this for a used phone as it was so minor. Phones2Pounds deducted £60 from their initial offer and deemed it as extreme scratching and damage (which was not the case at all).
Phones2Pounds try to lure you in with a good price but then make unacceptable deductions when you have already sent your phone and paid for postage. You would be much better trying another company.
I feel like I have been totally ripped off and will not be using this service again.”
