Slight delay in paying for my order (next morning instead of 5pm) but not too fussed and I completely understand for small companies at the moment with the pandemic at times timescales can’t be kept to. But apart from that everything was fine.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff members who helped me in getting my dreaded apple account removed from the phone I sent in. They were very patient and guided me through step by step.

BE CAREFUL. Take photos of your phone before sending. And take a note of the serial and IMEI numbers. **I’M VERY UNHAPPY.** I sent my phone expecting the quoted price of £145 to be honoured. I was then offered a little over HALF this price at £86, being told there was cosmetic damage. This is not stated anywhere when agreeing a price. The website offers a price for a ‘working’ phone. There is nothing stating cosmetic marks will reduce a phone’s value. I complained, because I knew my phone had very minimal signs of wear. I was then quickly offered £125. I complained again, as this made no sense, and I expected my agreed price of £146. I then received photos of a phone which had heavy scratches to the screen. I was incorrectly told this was my phone. Again, be careful with this company..

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! Had phone for over a week. Been requesting some communication or return of my daughters phone, only to be ignored. Looks like they may even try to keep my 15 year old daughters phone. The lack of communication or the ability to call them is a real concern for anyone considering using them.

Where do I start.......Firstly they have a tonne of fake reviews......I would ignore all the reviews which are generic and only have one review. I sent them a perfectly working iPhone 13 Pro 256GB with a £371 quote. It was damn perfect!!!! I then waited a week for a response of "To our findings, it's heavily damaged/scratched and dented" ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. With an offer of over £100 less than the quote. I then haggled with them to finally agree on still £50 below the quote. THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL. DO NOT USE IT! They will make up faults to reduce the quoted price. Even after the ACCEPTED quote, I had to chase them for payment. Myself and wife both upgraded our iPhones . Both of our phones are in mint condition with not a scratch on . Knowing how some of these companies can be , we took time stamped photos . Showing phones in perfect condition . Two emails received today one to wife and one to me , both saying the phones are scratched badly and offering 60 less on one and 50 less on other . Have sent them an email saying we have time stamped photos , either review their offer or send them back . AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR PHONES IF YOU HAVE TO USE

My phone was in perfect condition as i had always had it in a case. They said it was worth £160 on the website so i used them for a change. They came back and said it had excessive scratches which it did not and offered me £110.00. I asked for photos to prove this but they never sent any so i complained. They then sent a counter offer of £130 which i have not accepted. i told them to send me my phone back and i am still waiting. DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO GET YOUR OFFER REDUCED. Seems standard for them.

I sent my phone off to Phones 2 pounds which was received on 26 July 2021. The phone was in pristine condition with no marks or scratches. The options for the phone was either: new, working or broken. The offer was made in the basis that my phone was working. I received a revised offer on 26 July saying there was excessive scratching on the screen and excessive wear on the rear. I disputed this and they revised their offer up by £20 to £140. I accepted this and on 29 July it said payment had been made with an attachment from Quick Convenient Cash. My correct account details were in the attachment but as yet, 5 August 2021 I have not received payment and I've sent 3 emails over the last week to which none have been responded. I am now considering reporting the handset as stolen to the police.

sweet and neat trick to accomplish this is with spy apps. The answer is not far-fetched in this technologically–driven world. Everything in our society is connected somewhat. You must have come across the phrase “internet of things.” I know you may have not thought about this but it has a place in our discussion. The “internet of things” basically means inter-connectedness of devices. So your smart phone will give your smart watch info about you, also you will be able to continue your browsing session with your iPad or even control your smart home with your smart phone. This makes technology to surround and intelligently interpret your every experience. In a situation where you want to access the mobile of your husband and read his messages without him knowing, it may be difficult to do if he is constantly with his phone. But you can still read his messages without his phone. If your husband uses an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, Macbook), you should be able to read his messages without needing his phone. This information is exclusive to only iOSdevices; Android devices will need physical access to the target phone before installing the tracking software. It must be hard to believe that you can barge into the top-notch secure operations of the iPhone from any computer if you have the right resource. But, Minspy has made it possible. Let’s find out how. W W W . H A C K E R S P Y V I L L E . C O M (320) 961 4598

Had some drama removing my google account from my old Samsung. Some going back and forth but in the end I managed to remove it. Appreciate the patience because I’m really not to good with this stuff and they helped at every stage! Thank you!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. PLEASE AVOID! I found Phones 2 Pounds on a price comparison website and they promised me the best deal. They were prompt to send me the packaging to post my device back to them but then I didn't hear from them for weeks (despite being promised payment on the day that they received my device). After multiple emails I finally received a 'revised quote' of more than half of what they had initially offered me. They claimed that my phone had damages including a 'deep scratch to the screen' and 'multiple scratches' and 'poor battery health'. My phone was in PERFECT condition without a single scratch. These were all fabricated damages to try and take money from me. I plead my case and told them that I had given them a like-new condition phone, to which they upped the sale prise very minimally. I wanted to ask for my phone back, but after reading reviews of the company returning devices that were then scratched and damaged, or not returning the device at all, I decided to cut my losses and accept the ridiculously low offer they had quoted me. I was silly enough to choose this company without first reading the reviews. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL LIE IN ORDER TO SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY. In future I'll be taking a lower offer from a more reputable and trustworthy company to avoid this happening again.
