“Unfortunately the first frame was badly damaged in transit by the courier. Picframes was responsive, and managed to get another frame assembled and shipped very quickly in only a week and a half. Regarding the frame itself, we are happy with the look of the frame and that it has been assembled according to our specifications. However, the frame feels worryingly flimsy - it flexes extremely easily. While I understand that this shouldn't matter once a picture is hanging on a wall, for my preference I would have preferred something that felt more robust, and that is something I would be looking to ensure on any future frame purchase.”

“The item took a little while to produce but this was due to Covid-19 and they were very good at communicating the delays. They even offered to let me cancel but I was in no rush for it so this wasn’t an issue for me. The frame arrive well packaged and seems really good quality. The website was easy to use from a mobile device and made selecting the mount size and frame colours very easy. I will be ordering from you again. Thanks”

“I ordered three frames for some pretty large and unusually sized film posters - they took a little longer to arrive than usual due to the current workplace challenges, but they fit perfectly and look brilliant.”

“I ordered a white picture frame and mount for a large painting that we had wanted to hang for quite some time. I had looked at other framing companies in the past, but they worked out quite expensive, Picframes.co.uk was an easy site to use, get a quote and order frame. The wait time was about 10 days. I was very impressed with the quality of the frame when it arrived, it looks perfect!, I highly recommend and will use their services again.”

“THE WEB SITE IS EASY TO USE, AND ORDERING WAS SIMPLE, ONECE ORDERED WE WHERE KEPT UPDATED ON PROGRESS BY EMAIL, THE FRAMES ARRIVED ON THE EXPECTED DATE. THE FRAMES THEM SELVES WERE VERY SMART, AND IT WAS EASY TO FIT THE PICTURES IN, AND ON THE WALL THEY LOOK SUPERB.”
