“Fine workmanship and good turn around time. An extensive range of materials makes it very easy to find a suitable made to measure frame for any purpose. It would be difficult to improve the level of service offered.”

“Took about a month for delivery due to Covid, and the larger white one had two small chips in it which happened after the painting of the frame but before wrapping as it was under bubble wrap. Other than that they were great.”

“Easy to select frame, lots of choice. Ability to add photo to see what it would look like. That is fantastic. Kept informed throughout ordering and build process. Frame is of excellent quality, very securely packaged. Arrived very safe and not damaged. Nice touch to provide frame fixings. Very impressed and highly recommend.”

“I have been impressed with their service. The frames and mounts were made exactly as requested and extremely well packaged. Because I took out insurance, I was able to reorder mounts which were wider at no extra cost. The cost was very competitive, too. Just a bit disappointed that we are unable to communicate by phone ATM.”

“The frame and card mount was very well made and finished my cross stitch picture off nicely. I would have given a 5 star rating had I not had to wait 3 weeks, and me emailing them, to get my order on it's way!”

“This is the second frame I’ve had from this company and both times I have been very impressed by the quality and value. There was a Covid related delay and they emailed me to explain and kept me in the loop. The frame still arrived promptly and very well packaged. Don’t panic when you open it (like I did) and think you’ve mistakenly received a blue mount! It a blue film put on to protect the glass. First frame was for pair of hooded crows, latest one was for the Peregrine. The website makes ordering the correct size for the frame and mount very easy”
