“Happy enough with the custom made frame that we got for ten photos of our dog who we recently lost. Totally understand the delays to delivery at the moment and we weren’t in a rush anyway. When it arrived, there was a slight bend in the backing as a couple of the metal holders hadn’t been pushed back. My main disappointment is in the cut-outs. The borders of each of the ten cut-outs has a couple of millimetre cut at the end of each line which to me just doesn’t look great and suggests lower than average workmanship than I was expecting. I’d post a photo if I was able. I can live with it and it’s not worth the hassle of returning / refunding but not sure I’d use picframes.co.uk again.”

“Although Picframes apologised for the delay in preparing the frame, I didn't think the time delay was unreasonable. Buying something like this on line could be difficult, but it was easy to pick a frame style, and enter the dimensions. The description on the website was very clear, so I was confident that the dimensions would be correct. The frame arrived in perfect condition and was very well packed. The workmanship was A1 and it took me no time to insert the painting and hang the picture in its allotted place. An excellent purchase and very good value for money. Thanks & Regards Mike Goodrich”

“For a bespoke picture frame I can’t fault the quality. I was disappointed in having to wait a month to receive the frame though. I appreciate there maybe delays due to COVID-19 but felt the delay excessive. Plus, I had to chase for updates and information re my colour choice for mount was seemingly missed off but no one had been in contact to reconfirm this, it was only by me emailing that this became apparent, otherwise the delay would’ve been longer. As I say, I’m happy with the quality of product, but was let down by the level of customer service. I’d also prefer a method of hanging the frame to come already fitted, rather than having to attach fixings myself with screws etc.”
