“Picframes are the best framers we have come across. Great quality frames made to a very high standard at superb prices, always well packaged and dispatched quickly. Our only issue is with City Link who delivered on the original delivery day despite being rescheduled the day before for a day that we'd be in. (And City Link only give a three hour delivery window, not one hour as stated)”

“Frame is very good quality and made to measure for piece of embroidery. Came quickly too and well packaged so no chance of any damage. Really happy will definitely use again”

“It's so easy! You measure your picture, enter the dimensions online, choose the frame and mount, and within a couple of days your frame arrives. Very accurate size and very easy to mount and insert the picture in the frame. They even let you know when delivery will take place within a one hour slot. Can't fault the service - it's truly superb.”

“I purchased a frame for a picture I had purchased for my fathers 70th Birthday as I wasn't happy with the one it came with it looked cheap and nasty, the frame I received from yourselves is 100% better excellent quality well packed and excellent service”

“The frames are lovely, at very easy to use - good quality at a reasonable price. The postage was held up for a couple of weeks due to the couriers, hopefully this can be resolved in the future. Great framing company.”

“Very good "online order" site. Easy to read, understand and apply. Order and tracking confirmations arte equally good. Compares favourably with regard to value for money, and the order was also efficiently executed. A small criticism, is that they should perhaps make use of an "adhesive" on the frame mitres, in conjunction with the mitre staples, as the mitres tend to open up, when the thicker frames are used, and only the back of the mitre is being securely held.”

“I am thrilled with my frame, it is the perfect size for my picture. The colour of the frame brings out some of the colours in the painting so the colour shown was very true to the finished frame.”
