“Delivery and service excellent. Frame and border were spot on size wise. My only criticism would be that the 'white' border was a bit too ivory/cream coloured for my liking.”

“Really pleased with my frame which arrived very quickly and was exactly what I wanted. Being a very odd size it was necessary to have a made to measure frame and the price was considerably less than other quotes I got.”

“Would have gotten 5 stars but not all the frames were flawless - there was an obvous dent in the front of one of them which should have been spotted in quality control as it is glaringly obvious to me each time i look at it. Bit disapponted by that, but cant be bothered with the bother of packaging and returning. Otherwise, ecellent packaging, speed of delivery, website and reasonable cost. Have used before and will use again.”

Hi julie, I have just read your review. We don't require you to send back the frame with the dent we will just send you a new one if you let me know which one. We work with a no fuss policy and am sorry this occurred. It's not like us to miss something. Kind regards Mike barrow

“I am very pleased with this frame. The build quality is excellent and as ordered it came complete with all the bits and pieces - mount, hanging cord etc. - to complete my framing. I will be ordering more.”

“Came very fast. Quality is great. Only problem is there was no glass with it. But that is my fault as i forgot to order some with it so cannot comment on the glass. My pictures fit perfectly in the mounts. I will be using them again in the future. And ill remember to order glass next time lol.”

“The frame was excellent. However I was upset about the delivery as it just turned up whilst I was out and left by the side of the house. I was told I would get an email telling me the delivery date and time but did not receive this. The frame was exposed to the weather and could easily have been damaged or stolen.”

“Excellent choice of frame styles, well made, promptly delivered. Would have liked option of non-reflective glass, but acrylic makes more sense for postal / courier delivery.”
