“Have purchased the frame to house a wedding sampler I'm stitching for my son and his fiancé - they wanted a dark wooden frame - the wood is VERY dark almost black - would have preferred it to have been a little lighter. Frame is well made, and on the whole I am extremely happy with it. Well packaged. Found website very easy to use and navigate. The delivery 'window' was out though. City-Link were supposed to deliver between 3.30 and 5.30 - but delivered at lunch time while I was out - just as well I left a note asking them to leave parcel in a safe place anyway!”

“I didn't expect the frame to be quite so cheap looking and flimsy. I'm not sure how secure it is and I had to give it a bash to make it stay in place as it was quite loose. I'm very disappointed.”
