“This was my first order from Picframes and I shall certainly use them again. The colours, sizes etc of the frame and mounts were exactly as on the website and the finished frame looks like a professional job. The compamny provides guidance on how to mount your picture and even includes a roll of tape and mounting rings + cord and screws. It was less than a week from order to delivery and at what I consider to be a very reasonable price.”

“Nice easy ordering and quick delivery. Only got notice that the product was being delivered the following day at 7.30pm so not much notice to re arrange if you are working. But a good priced nice looking product, I have rated this as good rate he than very good because the sides of the frame are a different colour to the front which makes it look a little cheap and is unclear when ordering online. But frame fits perfectly and overall very happy.”

“None of the delivery conditions were carried out - notification, delivery time etc. A refund was issued due to non-delivery. The frames did arrive eventually. They were not collected for return, so I got around to looking at them. As it turns out the plastic 'glass' was unusable due to false cuts across the surfaces and damage due to protective film missing from one side. The corner joints were very poor quality and the mount apertures were not sized as ordered.”

“Outstanding experience. Really easy to tailor the frame to my choice on the website and was delivered very promptly, with several dispatch tracking e-mails so I knew exactly when to expect deliivery. The frame is of beautiful quality. So easy to hang the picture too with the fittings provided. Possibly the best buying experience ever!”
