“Website easy to use, great product and option choices, purchase confirmed promptly, dispatch in promised time scale and product arrived safely packaged and in perfect condition and quality - slight delay in delivery caused by carrier, but that's not picframes fault. Overall a great way to buy a custom sized frame, highly recommended!”

“I have ordered many frames from this company and the standard of materials and work is always top notch. Frames are packed v well and delivery times excellent. A personal service too if you need to phone or email them. Consistent, reliable and excellent quality. I highly recommend them!”

“Not the best quality if I'm honest but you get what you pay for and there were the cheapest option for my bespoke frame. The plexi-glass was cut a little too small so slipped out of the frame when we were putting it together, once we assembled it everything did fit but it was a bit of a nightmare. Delivery was super quick and prices were good as mentioned.”

“fairly easy to use and handy you can upload a copy of the picture to visualise the finished product. Arrived with slightly damaged box but that was the courier but the frame was well wrapped in bubble wrap so no damage. Good that you can get a frame made which is not a usual size the one I ordered was 40 x 30 inches and fits the picture perfectly and exactly to the dimensions requested. I would buy from again especially as I like to frame pictures I have taken and this company have a good selection of frames and borders so I think you would always be able to find what you want to compliment your picture.”

“I have used Picframes.co.uk three times and they've been fantastic. The prices are significantly lower than any I've found elsewhere, and the ability to specify exact measurements and materials mean you can always get exactly what you want. I've had some problems with delivery, and Mike has always gone out of his way to sort me out, even if it meant re-sending items. Highly recommended!”

“Bought two made to order frames for 2 prints I had ordered from a company online. Pictures easy to insert and look just as good as a previous one that I had professionally framed and at half the price. Service excellent I will certainly be using Picframes in the future.”

“The request for my review, on your part , is very badly timed. My frame was due to be delivered yesterday between 13:15 & 15:15. I had to leave my house at 15:30 to collect my children. the delivery driver arrived at my property at 16:05 ! I fully appreciate traffic issues and time pressures, but a phone call informing the customer would be helpful and an email apologising for the missed deadline rather than review request may have been more appropriate ! Hopefully my frame will arrive at some time today!”

“I was very pleased with the frames. I thought I'd ordered glass , not acrylic, but they look very nice anyway. I would use Picframes again, as there price was pretty good too. The frames came complete with all needed for hanging.”

“Excellent service. I am very pleased with the frame. It is well made, sizing is accurate, wood quality and finish are excellent. Delivery was prompt and delivery charges were reasonable to a remote Scottish island location. I initially thought I had a problem with the glazing but this issue was soon rectified when I phoned and was advised that I had omitted to remove the transparent film. The person that I spoke to was very helpful.”
