“The website frame & mount tool works very well - uploaded a picture and matched the coloured mount with frame - very impressed with the delivered product because all colours worked together. The oak wood frame is lovely. 2.5mm MDF back is a bit flimsy coupled with the very flexible 2mm glazing - on a large picture. Delivery was OK (2 hours early - think they were trying to be too precise for a rural delivery). All in all very good.”

“All arrived but sadly I may have put in the mount sizes in the wrong order. Hopefully Picframes will rectify this for me and send me a correct sized mount.”

“Picture frame is of poor quality. One corner the edges do not meet and the corners are damaged. When I lift the frame it feels like it's about to fall apart, because the frame moves away from the glass. Hesitant to put it up because it feels so rickety. It's a large frame and if it falls it's likely to damage our newly decorated room. Such a shame as I have a beautiful photo that I've been looking forward to putting in it. Not particularly well packaged, so may have got damaged in transit. A very disappointing £50 spend!”

“The site was very easy to use, making a made to measure frame for my prints, a wide range of colours and materials to choose from, and very reasonably priced. The frames arrived on time and were very well packed. The only problem was the clear cover on one side of the acrylic, it did not at first look as though one side had a cover, and I had to wet my finger to find the cover and remove it, but that aside the frame was just what I wanted, and I am very pleased with it.”

“The site was easy to use and I loved that I could put in measurements to get muti-aperture frame made to measure. My order arrived very quickly and I even got instructions on how to insert the pictures/put it all together in case I wasn't sure. Great service, great communication and a great price!”

“The frames look good, and are accurate. The back of the frame looks rather cheap with little black metal clips. I know that no one sees that. I'm thinking of covering them up with brown tape, the way a professional framer would.”
