“I hadn't realised how easy it was to buy a made to measure frame. Absolutely brilliant range of frames and mounts, easy to view exactly what you were ordering, prompt delivery in secure packaging, very competitive pricing and excellent quality. I doubt I shall ever take a picture to a professional (and let's face it - expensive) framers again.”

“Frame and delivery very good. Only the lack of the 1 hour slot delivery text and the bevel edge mount let down the service with all corners over cut on the view side on two mounts. Would have been very good rather than good without this.”

“Frames perfect and good packaging. Very speedy service and easy to use website. Only problem was the delivery company. Took three attempts and several telephone calls to get the delivery. Have had similar problems with city link delivery in the past.”

“I suggest that holes for the hanging hooks should be pre-drilled in about 8 different positions. Delighted with the frames and would buy again”

“The product was just as illustrated and the instructions sent with the delivery advice made it very quick and easy to assemble. A small improvement would be to have the hanging position on the frame positioned by a little indent where the screws have to go.”

“Very quick service and I was impressed with the frame quality. My pictures look really good. There was a small scratch on one of the perspexes but it does not show so I decided not to return it . Overall I would recommend this service.”

“This is the second time I have ordered from the company. Delivery service was excellent and kept me informed of when to expect the frame. I was not quite so pleased with my frame this time, as a corner was standing a bit proud. Also I think that for value for money the oak frames I chose last time were better. However, once my husband had varnished the frame with a clear matt varnish, it looked more expensive. I felt the making of the frame had been rushed. On a positive note, each time I have consulted the company on the phone for extra help, it has been given in detail and very clearly.”
