“I did not receive all the goods that I ordered - six items were missing and no explanation was provided. I emailed to complain two days ago but so far have had no response to my email. This is very poor order processing and customer service.”

“Good website and guides, as a rank amateur it was useful to work from the image size outwards rather than the frame size inwards. Ordering was easy and the product was delivered within the time frame specified, the delivered frame was undamaged and with sufficient (but not excessive) packaging to keep it safe.”

“I measured my large picture literally to the millimetre and the frame and mount arrived a week later, on time and exactly as ordered. Good quality, well packed and with full, easy to follow, instructions. Happy to recommend and wishing I had another picture to mount!”
