“What an amazing service provided by Picframes. It was very easy to order exactly what I wanted on their website, from sizes to mounts to frames. Then I was kept fully updated on the delivery which was exactly on time. Couldn't fault this service. It made me re-frame a painting which I would have just left to one side and this would have been such a waste. Thank you Picframe I will definitely be using you again and again and again.”

“I ordered 3 made to measure frames for my grandchildren but unfortunately, misread the instructions online and gave the wrong measurements. I explained this to picframes and they very kindly rectified my problem by sending me out 3 new borders post paid free of charge. It was my fault, therefore I must praise Nathan and their customer services. Lovely quality for custom made white wooden frames.”

“The margins on the matting were not what was ordered they were out by 2 or 3 mm which is enough to mis-frame the picture, which is an old map on an irregularly cut page. The order was 40x45x45x45. I received 42x48x48x48.”

“The frame was perfect for the wood block print I have. The dark wooden frame was the right size and compliments the print to perfection. It's for a present so I am really pleased with the whole "process" - ordering, choice, price, delivery. (The delivery packaging was really secure!) Many thanks.”

“I made a mistake with measurements and had to speak to Picframes. They were so knowledgeable about their products and showed me what I needed to do. They rectified my order without any hassle. The quality of products are fantastic vfm. picFrames will def be my go to place for mounts or frames!”
